Ulasan Hotel Norddeutscher Hof

Only the location is near to the Hamburg station but the rest it’s worst

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Norddeutscher Hof. Die Lage ist sehr dicht am Hauptbahnhof in 3min Gehzeit und ist damit fantastisch für Leute die mit der Bahn anreisen und dann einfach durch die Stadt kommen wollen mit den Öffis. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns in sofern gut gefallen,dass das Hotel ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat ( Frühstück war inbegriffen) und es sauber war. Ein Problempunkt ist ,wenn man mit dem Auto anreist ,dass die Parkplätze vor der Tür nur maximal 120 min Parkplätze sind und 3,50€ pro Stunde kosten . Das Hotel hatte eine Liste an Parkplätzen/Häusern nach Anfrage bereit gestellt wobei einer sehr klein und schon voll war und das andere nicht wie auf dem Zettel beschrieben 20 Euro kostete sondern wir nach nicht Mal 24h schon bei 42 Euro waren. Personal Freundlichkeit war durchwachsen. Bei Anfragen nach Parkplätzen wurde mir gleich deutlich gesagt dass ich nicht kommen soll und hoffen vor 15 Uhr einchecken zu können (Hatten wir nie vor ) Der Kollege danach als wir unser Gepäck abgegeben wollten um 14:15 war sehr freundlich und hat uns einfach unseren Zimmerschlüssel gegeben . Unser Zimmer war direkt an de etrwppw und das Haus alt , wer also sehr empfindlich ist was Geräusche angeht mag hier nicht das richtige Hotel gefunden haben . Also alles in allem ist es für kurze Aufenthalte aber absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder kommen .

在漢堡CENTRAL STATION旁邊，下火車後步行可以到，帶行李的方便找到，酒店邊上就是中餐館，不錯，早餐也可以。 不滿意的方面，黑人RECEPTION不太友好，感覺很不耐煩的樣子；房間靠街鋪，晚上有點吵，關窗才能少點噪音。

性價比挺好的，就是地毯舊了一點。下午三點鐘check in， 不能提前。

房間很小，早餐還算温馨。交通特別方便

Great location, hotel was clean, staff lovely, room made up everyday and clean towels, continental breakfast was fine, no kettle or fridge in room

The room was clean and large, with plenty of storage, but a bit spartan, it could have done with some pictures on the wall or other decoration. Breakfast was continental with a fair choice. Great location just round the corner from Hamburg Central station

Traveling with one teen, the hotel was mainly clean with a very nice breakfast. Our room opened onto the very busy street, and since the weather was very hot we needed the window open so it was very loud late into the night with people yelling, throwing bottles, and sirens. There was no fan or refrigerator, the single beds were very narrow with barely any space between them. The bathroom was very small with no window so a shower resulted in high humidity in the room. On the plus side the location was near to the train and city center with many restaurant choices so it was convenient for sightseeing.

Rude staff at arrival, told me to wait untill He finished his cigarette. Was very surprised that I did not speak german and he barely spoke english. The wifi didn’t work in my room only When I was in the breakfast room (closer to the router). Also annoyed When I told them I had a guest arriving for one night staying with me. Breakfast was good - although Don’t arrive to late because after 10.30 you are asked to leave. Some of the staff was nice and smiley.

There was no air conditioning, and the room we stayed at did not have any Wi-Fi. When we requested to switch rooms so we would have Wi-Fi, they refused, and the lady at the counter was very rude. The elevator button on the 3rd floor is also broken, so we were not able to get the elevator up to our floor and would have to wait for the elevator to automatically come back up.
