It was quiet and comfortable. I came by car, but it was a little far from the station and had good access.
As expected, it was December 29th, the end of the year, so all the restaurants were fully booked.
Next time I'll come when it's less crowded.

I had no inconveniences.
It felt clean.
The facilities were old but not a problem.
The hair dryer was from SALONIA and was very good.
It was close to the station and there was a roof just a short distance away, so it wasn't a problem even when it was raining. There was also a convenience store just a short distance away.

It is close to the south exit of Hamamatsu Station and has excellent access.
Check-in is done using an automated machine, which was a little tedious to enter information into, but I managed it without any problems.
The room is of standard business hotel specifications.
The breakfast menu had many elaborate and creative dishes, and I thought that the standard fare would have been fine, but the food was delicious.

The welcome drink was not only soft drinks, but also a variety of options from draft beer to sake, which was very satisfying. The location overlooking Hamamatsu Station, which sparkles at night, was also good. In addition to the bath in the room, there was also a bath area, so I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue. The hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

I like to stay at Route Inn business hotels whenever possible because the breakfast and the large public bath are attractive. On this day, the restaurant only offered take-out in the evening, which was a bit disappointing, but since it is near the interchange, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I was able to spend the night without any problems. I went to Hama Sushi, which is right next door, but it may be a busy spot. I ended up waiting quite a while, so that may be something to be aware of. The hotel is of the usual Route Inn quality, and there are no problems at all.

The south exit of Hamamatsu Station is very convenient. There are various restaurants and supermarkets in the station. The hotel reception restaurant is very welcoming. GGuest UserChosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus.
We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory.

It's a standard Japanese-style business hotel with courteous service and newer facilities. Although the hotel is small, it has all the necessary facilities. The room size is acceptable. There is a large bath to relieve fatigue. Breakfast is free. And the taste is quite good. You can open the window in the room for ventilation, the non-smoking room has no smell, and there is a free drink from 6 to 8 pm, which is great.

Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast.
There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.

Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm.
Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread.
Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy.
I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
