The facilities and amenities were excellent and I was very satisfied. When I arrived at the nearest station at 8:30pm there were no taxis and I had to wait 30 minutes. I hadn't thought about taxis so I should have arranged one in advance. It's not within walking distance so I think you should be careful if you check in at night.
The hotel itself was spacious and clean and I was able to relax comfortably. The breakfast variety was also plentiful and I was very satisfied.

It is close to the south exit of Hamamatsu Station and has excellent access.
Check-in is done using an automated machine, which was a little tedious to enter information into, but I managed it without any problems.
The room is of standard business hotel specifications.
The breakfast menu had many elaborate and creative dishes, and I thought that the standard fare would have been fine, but the food was delicious.

A great experience, great room with a view, panoramic view of the lakeside lake, and you can also see the Ferris wheel and cable car on the side. Rented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
