Close to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous.

The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station. The breakfast is also rich and varied. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip. It is worth recommending.

The view from the room was the best with ocean view. Especially the sunset is beautiful. It is well cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were comfortable and I felt like a resort. It is also recommended to take a morning bath and take a walk on the beach in front of the hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was convenient because it was close to Hamamatsu Station. The room was pretty clean and there were no particular issues. It was convenient to be able to leave my luggage in a locker.

Hamamatsu is very small, and the water torii is worth watching the sunset. It is very close to Hamamatsu Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, including many eel rice dishes and Hamamatsu dumplings. The bed is quite comfortable, but you can hear the sound of trains in the middle of the night because it is close to the station. There is 24-hour coffee and tea at the front desk

The parking lot is large and easy to park in. It takes about 20-30 minutes by car from Hamamatsu Station, so it's a bit far to get there by public transport (though there seems to be a shuttle bus from the nearest station). The Japanese-style room hasn't been renovated, so it's a bit old, but it didn't bother me that much. The bathroom and toilet are a bit old, but I didn't use the bathroom because I used the large public bath, so it didn't bother me. The futon was self-service, but I thought it would be nice if they would do it for you. I think it would be especially difficult for families to do it. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. The venue was crowded, but we were able to get a seat because it was a ticket system. The other venue we used was empty, which was nice if it wasn't a hassle to carry the food to the venue.

I used it at Air Festa Hamamatsu. The response and explanations from the front desk were polite and good. It is well-cleaned and has all the amenities. The only disappointing thing was that the shower hook was shaky. It's not a problem if you're driving, but if you're walking, the distance from the station is a bit questionable, which is why I gave the location and facilities a 4, but I would definitely use it again if I had the chance.

It was a weekday, so I was able to stay with a good plan. The deterioration of buildings and facilities is undeniable, but I felt that cleaning was polite. Breakfast buffet was the first time after corona, but I thought there was an infection countermeasure. I want to use it if I have another chance.

The room facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are very good, the hotel environment is elegant and chic, it is worthy of the Japanese emperor staying at the hotel, the lobby service is meticulous and polite

Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.
