Service and food was good. Location and view was amazing. Close to sea view and vincom plaza is just 5 minutes from hotel. Modern hotel. I like it.

Me and my family love this hotel so much! The room is so clean and cozy. I did sleep well every night. The staff is so helpful, so kind and so very caring if i have a chance to go back to halong again i will definitely choose Sojo halong!!!!

Gotta give props to the staff. I stayed 1 night in the middle of the Yagi typhoon. It was crazy that day, but the staff made everyone safe and they were all attentive to customers. The room was very tidy and clean as well.

Great hotel, great view. The rooms are a bit small but would be perfect for a young couple. The restaurant was delicious but lacking some of the items on the menu because they said they were sold out

It's new and clean. The photos are not misleading. If you ask the staff, they will book a limousine for you. The location is a little far from the center, but it's not a problem.

The hotel is located near Halong Bay, with convenient transportation. There is a medium-sized shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping, but the food is too remote. The hotel itself has complete facilities, and it would be better if there were windows.

The hotel in the center of Halong Bay is far from the international cruise terminal. It takes 20-30 RMB to take a taxi on the other side of the strait (recorded in February 2025). However, the area around the hotel is where local people live, and shopping and dining are very convenient. When booking, I saw the map on Ctrip and the hotel was in the sea. I called Ctrip to confirm that it was on the shore on Google Maps. The Ctrip points redeemed are equivalent to RMB 200+, including breakfast. The breakfast is quite rich. I ordered both Vietnamese and Western style meals. The restaurant faces Halong Bay and enjoys the beautiful scenery. Hygiene, environment, and service: I gave full marks and will not comment. Facilities: A little lacking, fully enclosed guest rooms, ventilation is not very good. When I went there, it was winter and the only thing that could be turned on was the hot air conditioner. The ventilation gear was turned on and it was also heating, so it felt stuffy. Maybe it would be better in other seasons under cooling conditions. The hotel's front desk is located on the 9th floor, which is contrary to the norm. You must take the elevator up to check in. At first, I didn't understand it and tossed it before going up to check in.

The scenery is first-class. The room has a view. It is very clean and tidy. The environment is good. The scenery of Halong Bay is very good. The price is reasonable. I will come again next time.
