The cruise was excellent. We loved our triple room with a balcony. The beddings were very soft and immaculately clean and smelled good. Our tour guide Mr. Lam is very attentive to all the guests' needs. He is an all-around guy from reception, waiter, tour guide, and assistant cruise manager. His English is good, very informative and funny, too. He took great pictures of all thd guests in the most iconic spots. Very highly recommended.

The meals onboard were delicious, featuring a variety of local Vietnamese dishes as well as international options. Exploring Ha Long Bay’s picturesque islands and enjoying activities like kayaking and swimming was truly amazing. I highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay in comfort and style!

The most impressive thing is the good service attitude of the staff. They are always responsive. The activities on board are also well arranged. But some details need to be improved. For example, the amount of food seems to be insufficient. If you line up at the back of the line, there is nothing to choose from. Another important point is food hygiene. I ate a piece of thin wire about 1.5 cm long in the cake! Then there are safety details. There are several places on the top deck that have collapsed, and it is easy to trip if you step on it.
