All I can say is I’m super love the hotel! Very convenient, near the hakone ropeway, near the pirate ship! There is also private and public Onsen. Super love their buffet dinner and buffet breakfast! Highly recommend people and my friends to go! Will revisit again :))

Wonderful View, best service, get close to 大冲谷，but the traffic is a little bit busy.

Very thoughtful hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets that came with half board. However they serve the same thing everyday but it was ok for me. Will stay again if going to Hakone.

Staffs are very nice. The hotel facilities are very well-equipped. It would be perfect if the variety of food at the buffet dinner could be updated daily.

Very convenient location with excellent service. Hotel facilities are also very good for going with friends and family. This is my 2nd time to be here. I'm sure that I will be there again.

First the lady that checks me in was unpleasant. The room is clean but quite small and it didn’t have sufficient space to open the luggage simultaneously.

Good location and view of the lake, very close to the bus, ferry and cable car station. Very cozy and with well decorated design. Staff are very nice. Buffet dinner is perfect, very good sashimi bowl rice. Good onsen.

Great location - a short walk from Togendai station. But a longgg journey from Odawara station via train/cable car/ropeway, so be aware of that. The room, hot bath and restaurant were all top notch.

Breakfast and dinner was great. Our in room bath tub was amazing. Water in the tub never run cold.
