Great service provided by hotel okada , staffs was friendly and helpful , provided useful information of hotel hot springs bath facilities and restaurants for customer , transport service provided for traveling between hakone Yumoto train station and hotel for customer accessible to day tour around the region , highly recommended for a great holidays experience.

Reception counter staffs are responsive and helpful when I check in on 25/11/24 as this is my family first trip to Japan Tokyo and hakone .Nice view and nice Osen on the room

Overpriced for what’s included. The images show a Japanese kiseki dinner sent to your room, but it’s actually a buffet dinner. The hotel is also quite inflexible with check in timings, and they do not assist with calling a taxi from the nearest station, so be prepared to wait or avoid booking if you have large baggages as the hotel is quite inaccessible.

Fantastic hotel with amazing amenities. Breakfast and dinner buffets had great varieties and were delicious. Onsens, private room and public, were clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future visits to Hakone

The hotel is located a bit out of the way, and without a vehicle, it might be a little inconvenient to reach. It's tucked all the way inside the area. Thankfully, we had rented a car, which made things much easier. On the plus side, the hotel offers free parking, which is a big bonus. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot spring onsen, which was a highlight of the experience. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to start the day.

Fantastic service at this beautiful resort right at the foot of the mountain. We got the in room bath and it was well worth the cost.

Hotel Okada is clean and staff are extremely polite and helpful. Although It is near to Hakone Yumoto station, I would advise that you take a taxi and the most is about 900-1000 yen as it’s a meandering walk through narrow roads.

Before I thought the hotel has been operated for so many years and the facilities may be old, I was totally wrong, the hotel room was newly refurbished and the room is clean. My family loved to stay there as the location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The services are good.

Little far from train station, but hotel offer free shuttle bus if you request or certain time. From hotel, they offer shuttle bus to go to hakone Yumoto train station. I had problem to book to add children to stay at website. But hotel staffs helped me to fix this issue. We enjoyed staying this hotel.

Room is comfortable and buffet dinner is good.
