Ulasan Livemax Resort Hakone Sengokuhara

Tradional style onsen resort. Limited parking space available. There is a long staircase in front of the resort so please be aware if you are bringing large luggage. Room is spacious and the open-air bath is larger than expected. Public bath is also comfortable. Very nice place to relax.

Firstly, you need to carry your baggage and walk up to the hotel, it’s was horrible especially during rainy day. The room is small and smelly, private bath is not good as expected, wondering the water maybe just tap water. Facilities are old, but there is a table tennis room to kill time. Foods were fair and services are fine. There may be better choices with this price.

よかったです。また機会があったら泊まりに行きます。 ホテルが坂の上なので車で行くことをお勧めします。上り坂を徒歩で歩くと15分くらいかかります。

さすらいの一人旅で、またバイクで来てしまいました。もちろん目的は樽風呂です。長く入る為　ぬるめのお湯に設定し　のんびり景色見ながら入りました。女性従業員の明るい接客も嬉しかったです。

壁が薄いのか、話し声が聞こえてくるのが、残念。ビールが販売機で買えないのも、ガッカリ。温泉は、素晴らしいです。

目前為止最臟的酒店，洗浴花灑每個孔的周圍都是一層黑咖色厚厚的污垢，浴室地板和其他地方也全是污垢，孩子看了都不肯洗澡了！除了地板感覺酒店都不打掃衞生一樣！床單上也有污跡！從停車場要走很長的樓梯上去，樓梯上都是青苔超級滑，拎着行李箱太危險了！前台接待我們的外國小哥哥是這酒店唯一的優點了！服務很好，退房時還幫我們把行李箱拿到停車場！

立地がすごいのは口コミを見ていて覚悟していたので、車の人は少々急な階段はありますが、さほどでもないと思います。(駐車場も狭いです) リブマックスは2回目ですが、相変わらず清掃が適当でブラインド開けたら埃が舞う、手垢もすごい。。洗面の排水の水捌けも異常に悪いのでパイプユニッシュしてください。 極め付けは前の人の歯ブラシが洗面所の下に落ちたままでした。お願いですからもう少し気合入れて清掃してください。 ただ、他のこちらはリブマックスと違い、ご飯が美味しく て種類も豊富でした。 いつもの冷凍オンパレードのバイキングと大違い！部屋のお風呂も温泉で泉質は良かったです。まるでラ○ホテルみたいな内装ですが、お掃除がとにかく残念でした。

It started strangely as we arrived to the building and rang the doorbell and called out. Nobody answered, though we could hear voices. Then someone finally came we saw that they were sitting about 3 feet away as we knocked and rang the bell. We selected these accommodations because many others were booked, and this was one of the only listed with a restaurant. As we checked in we were informed you have

The place could use a little update and cleaning but the food and services make up on what it’s lacking. The room we selected was large and it’s nice to have a large bathtub. The entrance is a little steep and if taking public transportation like us the walk into the property is uphill (dark at night with little lightning in the area)

Need a car to hotel. Kind of far away from bus stop and is uphill. Very country feel. Good to stay without noisy. Chef is good and food is delicious. Room is not very clean. Need some hooks in toilet and bathing area.

Great! The check-in process was very quick, and greeted by a nice and professional receptionist. He explained everything to us in English and walked us to our room. We had a nice view of the mountains. Our beds were very big and comfortable. The room is small but we did not need all of the unnecessary space. Our private in-room hot spring tub was perfect for our needs. The included dinner with our room was tasty, fresh, and nicely prepared. We love our waiters. They explained the meal and helped us throughout our meal. The service, smiles, professionalism are one of the best. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant as well. The breakfast was fresh, huge, and tasty. Our breakfast waiter was nice and friendly. Thank you for a great stay. We will come back again.
