Wonderful service, beautiful aesthetic.  Truly a transportive experience.

I encountered cherry blossoms and trains at Gora Station, which were a perfect match. The hotel sent Alpha to pick me up at the station. With 40 rooms, I could see more than a dozen waiters, all of whom were kneeling to serve. As the second most expensive hotel this time, the open-air bath is a must, and the service is also in place. It is in the mountains, and there is nothing around, but the dinner is so rich and delicious.

Very good experience ~ Booked a room with breakfast, dinner and private hot spring. The breakfast and dinner tasted very good, and the service of the staff was also very good ~ The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the nearby Gora Station, which is very convenient to visit the surrounding attractions ~ From Gora Station to the Sculpture Forest, you only need to take a mountain train to get there. I will stay here again next time I come to Hakone ~

I would especially like to recommend the Itamae cuisine of this restaurant. The chef is very attentive and is not afraid of heat. Many dishes are made by hand immediately after being baked. I really give it a thumbs up. The open-air hot spring here is great, but the one in the room is just so-so.

There is a car to pick up from Gora Station to the hotel. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. I personally think the food is average, but everything else is very good

Highly recommended!!! The food is great, the private bath in the room is great, and the public bath is not crowded, so you can basically enjoy it all to yourself. The scenery outside is beautiful, and there is a shuttle bus to Gora Station. There is a sculpture forest nearby, which is worth a visit
