Friendly staff, clean rooms, near station but high up and resort is spread along side of the hill, so constantly using stairs, one meal I had was curry rice and very basic

great location only downside is dragging luggage uphill & check in counter also have to climb many steps hot spring is small size only

Complimentary foot onsen. Clean onsen for men and women. Great location for lake visit

Very close to hakone yumoto station, Great onside onsen and big room. If you have a big luggage, you can come in from the left stairway instead of the long flight of stair on the right

挺不錯的一家民宿酒店，酒店距地鐵站非常的近。酒店的老闆及家人都很熱情。由於酒店在山坡上，搬行李比較重，酒店工作人員可以幫拿行李。在這裏還可以泡湯，能夠正正體會日本的民間生活。唯一不足的是需要爬坡。

很温馨的家庭式旅館，很乾凈。天氣好的時候迎着温暖的陽光上下階梯感覺回到了小時候。 *在山上所以很多階梯，腿腳不便的不建議訂。 *老闆會幫忙搬運行李。 *温泉不大，但是配上嘎吱嘎吱的木質地板很有昭和風味。這個温泉是真的山上流下來的！泡完身上非常滑！

位置很好，就在車站邊上，衹收現金，店裡有温泉，服務很有耐心，唯一就是爬台階，從左邊上去比較好，台階少

酒店地理位置非常好，就在車站旁邊，如果拿行李比較多，上樓梯會有點累，住宿能免費泡温泉，這點很贊，房間是榻榻米，整體很舒適。

酒店很好找，就在車站旁邊，交通方便，要走個小斜坡，有行李的話老闆會幫忙拿一下，應該是自家經營的酒店，很熱情親切。我們就是圖它方便可以寄存行李繼續去遊玩一天，走得時候去拿行李就行。酒店乾淨舒適，住的是榻榻米，正宗日本風格好喜歡。我和小孩最喜歡它自帶天然温泉，日式温泉分男女池，很接地氣。走了一天累了可以直接去泡温泉，純天然的温泉水，無需加熱，直接從山上流入池裡，記得要早點，晚上9點就結束，不過早上7點還可以繼續去泡，早上剛放的水特別燙。去泡温泉記得帶水，或帶錢到售賣機買。我和小孩都很喜歡這酒店，住了一晚泡了兩次温泉，如果下次再來箱根會再訂這家酒店多住兩天。

The experience is good, worth recommending. The staff was friendly and gave me time to withdraw money even though I didn't have enough cash. In Hakone, lots of stores and restaurants do not support card and e-payment. It is worth noting that the hot spring is open until 9 pm and this room does not have an independent bathroom, you must go to the public bathhouse before closing. The room has a slightly humid air-conditioning smell, so it is recommended to open the windows for ventilation when going out.

3인 이상은 방이 조금 좁을 수 있음, 방이 추움, 공용 온천 등 시설이 청결함, 역과 가까움

위치와 가격이 좋습니다. 하지만 시설은 기대하면 안됩니다. 조용한 모텔에 작은 탕이 있다고 생각하세요.
