Good location, next to a big shopping mall, 10 mins walk from Chengxi railway station. Breakfast is good, Good service from David, hotel provide shutter to airport but my flight at night and already out from shutter schedule time, David help to book didi to airport with no charge and pay by hotel.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

This is the first time I stayed at Wyndham Garden Hotel Haikou. Although I encountered a small episode of wet weather, the hotel's efficient service and caring care made us feel warm. Whether it is a quick change of room type or proactive recommendation of food, it reflects the hotel's meticulous attention to guests' needs. For tourists planning to go to Haikou, I strongly recommend this hotel. It not only provides a comfortable accommodation environment, but also adds more wonderful experiences to your journey. i

The newly opened hotel and homestay are still being built. It has been initially scaled up. The photos are very good. The real sea view villa has a small swimming pool downstairs. The beach is just outside. There is a large terrace on the sixth floor. The view is very good. There are no people on the beach in the off-season. If you like to take pictures, come quickly. Sitting on the beach at night, blowing the sea breeze, drinking beer, putting down all the worries, it is very pleasant. It's cloudy these days, and I didn't take the sunset, which is a little regrettable. The homestay is a certain distance from the city, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and Haikou is not expensive to take a taxi.

Check-in experience  The overall service awareness is very strong, the supporting facilities are very complete, there are , the nearby transportation is convenient, there is a 24-hour butler in WeChat, and the reply will be given at any time. If you have any needs, the butler will respond in time. You can provide mineral water towels and various kinds of once a day according to the requirements. Sexual supplies, as a homestay, this is not much different from a hotel .

The environment and sanitation are very good. Well, the floor is also quite high, and the view is also beautiful when looking down. It is indeed a very high floor. The elevator arrives very quickly, and the hot water shower is very strong and very comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable, and he also has a very comfortable robe. Haikou has been cold these two days, and it is really convenient to have this robe, otherwise I don’t know how cold it is. The surrounding area is also very convenient, not far from the Sun Moon Plaza, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and there are also many places to eat. The hotel breakfast is still OK, and the variety is still OK. The service is quite good, and the mineral water is also unlimited, and there is a mini free bar. Well, drinks are also provided free of charge. Overall, it is really good and worth recommending. The service awareness is also very strong. I will stay here next time. Well, a small suggestion, I hope the elevator sign should be clearer. It can be seen at a glance, and the office elevator and the elevator should have clear signs, which one is the hotel elevator and which one is the office elevator? It is also very uncomfortable to avoid customers walking the wrong way. Overall, it is good. Clean and comfortable, drip coffee is good. The hotel is also relatively new and smart.

One of my favorite places in Haikou. A stone’s throw from the beach and about two kilometers from the west coast boulevard, which has restaurants by the beach. It offers a cool swim in the swimming pool and a hot soak in the large hot tubs. The rooms are clean, the bed is soft, and the TV is enormous. Breakfast could be a tad better, but given the price, it’s pretty good. The only thing I missed was a cup of black coffee

The hotel is still very good, the service is good, the beach is right outside, the sea breeze can be felt when the window is open, and there is no noise as others have said when the window is closed. Without mentioning the advantages, let's talk about the areas that need improvement: 1. It is indeed a bit late to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm, but it is also true that the bananas given as gifts are black, so it is better to change to other fruits; 2. The hotel linens are not washed cleanly, and there are yellow ”small maps”. Fortunately, I brought the sheets with me this time, otherwise I would definitely check out.

It is a very beautiful hotel, the staff is also very kind. I was only unfortunate to come after the storm so the swimming pool needed reparation and I could not use it. The massage lady Cici is really the best of the best, unbelieveble. Only minor point is that in the restaurant and room service a lot of dishes where not able to be ordened. Overall very decent.

Mission hills is the great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. It is located away from all the hustle of the modern cities. The room is spacious, there is a huge bath with the tub and a seperate shower. The view from the balcony is spectacular.
