Ulasan the Langham Haikou

Very good location and reasonable price for the Premium choices! Convenient, Nice harbour view!! I definitely will let my friends and relatives know my experience with Langham Haikou.

We love the room layout and overall experience. The only turn down is the swimming pool is under maintenance when we are there and the breakfast choices are very limited as well. The rest of them are all good.

While I had previously given this hotel a great review, our extended night was simply horrible. This is a no smoking hotel but the local Chinese guests do no respect the rule and smoked heavily in the rooms next to us, flooding the air conditioning systems the entire night. Hotel staff seemed helpless, and they kindly found us a temporary room for the night. However, our rest was affected and our belongings smelt like smoke the next day. The hotel should enforce penalties for such flouting of rules. Such bad experiences are what people remember more vividly than the good experiences.

Overall a really pretty hotel, very good location! But the staffs englisch is not good and the room service didn’t had 3 different dishes we tried to order.

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

I have been here for many times. Langham hotel keeps providing the customer outstanding services as usual. The staff are also friendly. Especially for the front desk staff Mark Li! He was quick to assist me when I had questions, and arranged delayed check-out which is really helpful for my itinerary.

It is a very beautiful hotel, the staff is also very kind. I was only unfortunate to come after the storm so the swimming pool needed reparation and I could not use it. The massage lady Cici is really the best of the best, unbelieveble. Only minor point is that in the restaurant and room service a lot of dishes where not able to be ordened. Overall very decent.

Love the Langham. Wish they would have told us the pool is in repair before we booked…

After previous stay comment about A/C not cool enough, the hotel made imrpvoement and arrange other room for us. Good respsone.

Outstanding service, new clean hotel. Convenient to shops etc. First world luxury standards. Small adequate gym, pool and large high end restaurant.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at the Langham Haikou hotel. It's a really nice and clean place, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I had a great time there and would definitely recommend it to others. I'll definitely be staying there again in the future. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I can't wait to go back!

Great beautiful stay at the Langam at our last night in Haikou. If you like English elegant interior, then this is the right choice. My room view was an old-worn apartment building which i guess hit the mark considering i was paying a premium to stay here.
