Hilton Haikou

The Hilton hotel is a very busy hotel, but they have relatively good service. Check in was efficient and I could go to my room even though I checked in before 1pm. So thank you for that, when I went to my room there was a bad sewer smell in the hall, but housekeeping got an air purifier installed in The hallway and that smell was gone for the rest of the stay. The room was clean, bed soft and view lovely. The hotel is a little off from the main attractions of Qilou old street/ century bridge but a short didi ride brought me to those locations in no time. Breakfast was delicious but had a small variety. The breakfast time is very busy make sure to check the little note at the front desk, I didn’t see it and went at the busiest time of breakfast rush. I had a nice stay here only thing to complain about is, the hand wash/ lotion is placed so far away from the sink, I had to squeeze myself between the tub to go and get some after a shower. Simply amazing! A wonderful and spacious experience!

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay
