New hotel. Very good service at reception. Nothing is meant need to take taxi Found dirt on lien. Breakfast is very limited.

Check in and Check out good and efficient. The room is not as spacious as stated. Bedroom not spacious and noisy from traffic and inverter air conditioner out to the balcony. The bathroom is small. There is no kitchenette but. Useless. There are no accessories for eating and cooking. There is no microwave. The air conditioners did not work 2 times. We have been in the cold for almost a day. Breakfast not your choice. Not worth the price this room

Having a wonderful stay at Mandala Hotel and Suites Hai Duong. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to city center and Industrial park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone having business trip in Hai Duong

Gorgeous pool. Sauna works but we had to request it to be turned on. Good coffee machine at breakfast. Very comfortable beds! Some nice coffee shops and a few restaurants right below hotel. Able to safely park bicycles. On a bike trip to halong bay. Good place to stop.

Hotel is not responsive to request. Not helpful to solve my problem.

Room was nice but the staff was super rude I asked late check out and hotel staff allowed to use the room until 13:00 And today wasn’t same staff and they after 11:30 the staff endless knocking and calling , and saying need to get out the room right now , so I explained the checkout time is 1pm ,and the staff said before 1pm I checked out 12:57 and my friend got out the room 13:00 and check out 13:03 The female staff asked 430,000 vnd for 1,2minutes late Haiduong was nice place and the people was lovely but my trip was totally unsuccessful for the one young lady

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room and the facilities were also very good and clean. Receptionist was so friendly and helped me to get luggage. Many foreigners stay here. The overall quality is high and the room rate is fine. Will come back !!

酒店位置很好，不算海陽市中心，在海陽性價比很合適，之前被硬性推薦去住了南強酒店，體驗不是很好，位置偏僻，房價又貴，房間還小，附近吃飯又不方便。來海陽出差適合選這家，旁邊有吃飯的選擇較多，附近有個大型別墅區，綠化商業做的很完善，從南越到北越幾十次，目前是見過最舒適的小區，看起來略好於國內大多數小區的建設，裏面有個烤肉自助，人均才 80 多塊錢，建議去嘗試一下。

類似國內的全季，乾淨整齊，大堂簡約，但是有咖啡點服務到23.00。出門就有炸雞和披薩，性價比不錯！空調很安靜🤫
