Ulasan Residence Inn the Hague

Good location and nice room!

We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful. Rooms were cosy and clean, with an open kitchen inside which is amazing!

The hotel is fine and good location

公寓式酒店，有微波爐，全套的餐具廚房用品，包括洗潔精。附近有超市，買速食品可以微波爐加熱。有咖啡機（可以燒熱水），房間比較新，硬件不錯。 早餐一般，地方不大，但是，允許帶回房間吃。 需要吐槽的是，酒店的環境，周圍一圈都正在施工。谷歌地圖導航，走到圖二一直叫右拐，但都是施工圍欄擋着，沒法拐。。。然後，走過頭了，導航直叫掉頭。。重新確認就在這灰色的樓，但就是過不去。衹好回頭重新回到火車站，繞一大圈，繞到樓的另外一側。路不好拖行李，半路行李箱的輪子掉了（才買不到一年）。然後，千辛萬苦到酒店大門，進不去！等到有人刷門卡，才知大堂在9樓。門口的告示不明顯。 酒店靠近酒吧一條街，半夜酒吧有人喝酒吵鬧。

호텔 안에서 거의 모든 것을 해결할 수 있습니다. 바로 근처에 알버트 하인이 있기 때문에 식재료를 사와서 방에서 음식을 해먹을 수도 있고, 운동도 할 수 있고, 공용 공간에서 커피도 마실 수 있습니다. 아침에 식사할 자리가 부족하긴 하지만 방으로 가지고 올라가서 먹을 수 있어서 괜찮습니다. 기차역하고도 가까워서 좋아요.

Ich reise gerne nach Den Haag und war daher schon in einigen Hotels, aber das Residence Inn war bisher das Beste im dem ich war. Wir hatten ein Studio mit integrierter Küche (Geschirr, Besteck, Weingläser, Geschirrspülmaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen alles vorhanden), Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Sauberkeit, perfekte zentrale Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Zentrum, sehr leckeres Frühstück, einem der besten Fitnessräumen in einem Cityhotel in dem ich je war, man kann seine Wäsche sogar dort selbst waschen. Top Hotel. Ich komme ab sofort nur noch dorthin.

위치가 센트럴역에서 걸어서 5분거리였어서 편리했습니다!! 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셨고 진짜 집처럼 주방도있고 깔끔했어요 또 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다:)

The location is a five min walk from the main train station and is easy to get to. It shares the building with Moxy though there are separate entrances. The room is well equipped and had everything you could need. It has a lot of space and big lounge. There is a free laundry thus we washed and dried our clothes over a long breakfast. The stay was very relaxing and I recommend it highly. Service is okay and the breakfast is quite good though not with the range of some hotels.

I stayed here 3 weeks recently. I liked the location but it was lacking in several areas. First, the water in the shower was not "hot". I t was very warm, but it was not hot like an American hotel shower. The sinks have hot water but they put some kind of throttle on the temperature for the shower. I called maintenance who could feel the difference, switched rooms, but the same issue. The frustrating thing was the hotel kept saying it was going to be fixed, but in the end one of the staff said it wasn't supposed to get any hotter. So why not just tell me? Switching rooms is a hassle. Also room temperature is not easy to manage. It was too cold (can't go above I think it was 70 degrees). I got a space heater which helped but would prefer to have more latitude to adjust the temp. Also, they don't staff the phones well. Many times I called for a towels, etc. nobody answered.
