Ks vị trí thuận lợi, gần chợ và khu ăn uống. Sảnh tiếp đón rộng rải nhưng dùng mùi xịt phòng, khách sạn nên thay thế bằng hương cam xả/ chanh xả... để tạo cảm giác thoải mái hơn.

The view on the river and sunrise is priceless. My subjective opinion: The River Hotel deserves 4-star. We will be back. The City itself is not touristy. The markets smell for people not used to wet markets.

We were only here for one night on our way to Pho Quoc. I would say that considering the local area this is probably a really good hotel. HaTien itself is not really a tourist area. We were greeted warmly and checked in efficiently. Our room was very large with a river view. We had a sitting area as well as separate bedroom /bathroom. Good value for money. Yea it is starting to require maintenance in parts, but for the price we paid we feel it is in faor condition

We had two rooms in that hotel. From the outside the hotel looks great and is in a nice location. There were problems in the rooms. In one room, the A/C could not be adjusted and the room was freezing even with the thermostat at 28 degrees C. So we had to turn it off and on to have a comfortable temp. In the other room, it was the opposite: the room would not cool. One room had roaches in the bathroom. When taking a shower, the poorly designed tubs resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. The TV in one room did not work. The blanket/duvet did not have a duvet cover or a sheet . (Is it washed after each guest?
