TTamuMy only complaint is the card to use the elevator and door had to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise everything else was great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Didn’t meet one staff person that was not friendly and didn’t speak to you

TTamuThe location was great. Very cool that you live in a tower. The breakfast is not bad and is cooked to order. Also the parking is free and right next to the hotel. The best part is that three steps away you have an awesome Mardi Gras museum. I highly recommend the museum.

MMadge333Staff are lovely, hotel is super nice, slight problem it’s in a very sketchy area, drug dealers outside doing trade. Yes the sercurity is good, and I felt safe, but it’s the area that’s sketchy - don’t walk out at nighttime.

TTamuThe exhaust fan was caped with a lot of dust so it kept our bathroom moist with water. The floor stayed wet. The wall stayed wet. also, it was mold in our shower to fix that issue. They should dust off the exhaust fan in the bathroom and our toilet inside needed to be clean with the toilet brush. I suggest the cleaners use the toilet brush.

TTamuThe staff and the front desk are very respectful and helpful at times of needing anything they responded promptly and with a smile I will be staying with them again and I recommend it a good place to stay and rest breakfast and cleanliness.
