The hotel is good and a good value for money compared to the others. Very clean and everything works accordingly. The location is a bit remote but not a deal breaker….However, the hotel staff are definitely a deal breaker as they are very stingy and self-centered. I made a mistake and double-booked an extra room on the same day and pleaded with them to amend that, but they didn't….not only that, check-in is after 3 pm, but they start calling you at 11:30 a.m. the next day to check out and wants to squeeze more money out of you for as much as possible. The staff are low scum and I will never step foot in Wongheung again.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

GGuest UserI went to KINTEX because there was an event, but the location felt a bit far because it was closer to Seoul.
Other than that, I'm really satisfied with the facilities. It's spacious and clean, the bathroom and toilet are separated, the bed is in good condition, the parking lot is spacious, and everything was good.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located on the 8th floor of a building that is common in rural areas, and the rooms are spacious and new, with power cables for iPhones, mobile phone chargers, and Android devices, and clean bathrooms. There was an employee who could speak a little Japanese, and she was kind enough to keep my luggage with me even after I checked out. It's very convenient as it's right next to Fuba Station. There are drink stands, convenience stores, and fish set menus that are unique to Ilsan, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. However, the wifi is a little weak, but if only that area could be improved, it would be a perfect hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is close to the station and bus stops, and the interior is clean and it is good to grab the elevator at the counter when you enter! It's a bit unfortunate that I can't use the bathtub ㅠ The bathtub like a bath is the first ㅋㅋ kids look good to play

SsongchlThe room is quite nice, the room is large and the facilities are relatively complete. However, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, so you need to buy them separately. Bath supplies are available. There are also two computers and refrigerators that can be used for free, and drinks are provided. Overall it's very good, especially for this price, it's very cost-effective. The only drawback is that the room I stayed in has no windows, I don't know if other rooms have them.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. There is a highway bus terminal near the center, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so it is convenient to transfer buses to various places. Every floor of the hotel is dimly lit.

SsarkarThe hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes.
The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
