Barceló Carmen Granada menawarkan pemandangan Alhambra yang menakjubkan dan lokasi utama yang memungkinkan penjelajahan situs bersejarah Granada dengan mudah. Kolam renang dan teras di puncak gedung hotel sempurna untuk bersantai setelah seharian bertamasya. Meskipun sebagian besar tamu menyukai fasilitas modern dan layanan sopan, tempat parkir yang terbatas dapat menimbulkan sedikit ketidaknyamanan. Secara keseluruhan, ini menghasilkan 4,5 dari 5 bintang yang layak.

ホテルに深夜到着したにも関わらず、フロントのスタッフの方の対応は素晴らしかったです。なにもプランしていなかった私に、観光スポットを細かに教えてくださり、また、アルハンブラ宮殿のチケットもいろいろ探して、最後の一枚を購入することがてき最高の旅ができました。

Perfecta ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la Catedral. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Volveremos.

We had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you. The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too. Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
