Barceló Carmen Granada menawarkan pemandangan Alhambra yang menakjubkan dan lokasi utama yang memungkinkan penjelajahan situs bersejarah Granada dengan mudah. My stay at Catalonia Granada was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located — close to the city center and only a few minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring guests’ comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, I have one small comment: the room I was given was located down a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, and I had to carry it every time I entered or left the room. Overall, it’s a great hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Granada, and I would definitely stay here again.

We found this hotel room are quite nice, the facilities are all up to quality for this range of hotel. There are a lot of cafe, shops, supermarket near by. We also used a self-service laundry near by. Location wise, it is very close to the Metro to the train station. To get the tourism centre - Plaza Isabel La Católica, there is much direct bus, there are about about 15 mins walk. Or there is a bus 11 which is take some times. But there are a lot shops to explore alone the different routes. Overall, we are quite enjoy the stay here.

ホテルに深夜到着したにも関わらず、フロントのスタッフの方の対応は素晴らしかったです。なにもプランしていなかった私に、観光スポットを細かに教えてくださり、また、アルハンブラ宮殿のチケットもいろいろ探して、最後の一枚を購入することがてき最高の旅ができました。

Perfecta ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la Catedral. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Volveremos.

We had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you. The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too. Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
