Kamar-kamar di Sofitel luas, modern, dan sangat bersih. Saya sangat terkesan dengan perhatian terhadap detail dalam desain dan perabotan kamar, yang menciptakan suasana yang nyaman dan mengundang. Tempat tidur yang nyaman memastikan tidur yang nyenyak, dan kamar mandi yang tertata apik menawarkan semua fasilitas yang diperlukan. Pilihan bersantap di hotel juga sama mengesankannya. Restoran di lokasi menyajikan berbagai macam masakan lokal dan internasional yang lezat. Prasmanan sarapan sangat mengesankan, menawarkan banyak pilihan hidangan untuk memuaskan semua selera. Saya juga menikmati bersantap di bar hotel. Salah satu hal yang paling berkesan dari masa inap saya adalah perhatian dan perhatian tulus yang ditunjukkan oleh staf hotel. Ruangannya cukup besar dan nyaman, namun pemanas lantainya terlalu panas dan membuat terasa sangat panas. Tempat tidurnya cukup nyaman. Pelayanan hotel sangat baik, front desk di lantai 21 dan sarapan di lantai 5. Sarapannya cukup enak, variasinya banyak dan rasanya enak. Parkir gratis tersedia di bawah tanah. Dekat sekali dengan stasiun, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki. Hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar 30 menit untuk sampai ke bandara dengan taksi.

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
