Overall had a great experience at the hotel. There was a free pick up from emei shan high speed rail station. The hotel staff 小耿 that picked us at the train station was very welcoming and answered many of our questions regarding how best to tour Emei Mountain. She also sent us major location pin and guided us where to visit. Hotel breakfast was great on Sunday with a variety of choices. Hotel is 10mins walk away from 报国寺 and bus station to go to Emei Mountain. Right opposite the hotel has food options. If you walk 20mins downhill, there would be more selection of local food. Very convenient location.

Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

I have been following the hotel for a long time and always wanted to bring my family to play. This time it came true. After seeing that the hotel has professional butler services, we contacted the hotel in advance and chose Anna Liu Cui to serve us. It was really awesome. Anna knew that we were bringing children, and asked how high they were. Considering that there were children, she prepared children's toiletries and fences in advance. The Sima House Garden View Room we stayed in this time has a quiet environment. It is very artistic to lie in bed at night and listen to the rain hitting the banana leaves. The hotel is full of bamboo, ginkgo and other green plants. Cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, plum blossoms and other flowers surround the lake. Swans swim leisurely in the lake. Being in it, you can completely relax your body and mind. There are rich and colorful parent-child activities all day long. Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Todo es perfecto: cama super cómoda y grande, varias almohadas, buenas vistas, temperatura perfecta, limpieza, mosquiteras en las ventanas... Todo de 10. El personal de recepción fue muy amable con nosotros. No hubo problema por llegar tarde aunque llegamos casi a las 12 de la noche. El desayuno es tipo oriental y es correcto. No me gustó que el café fuese de pago, y menos el precio que tenía. Obviamente no lo tomamos. La zona de jardín es bonita y agradable, y tiene un pequeño supermercado ahí mismo. La ubicación está bien. A pocos minutos del templo Banguo, donde se toman los autobuses para ir al monte. No hay mucho restaurante cerca, pero se puede ir al centro en taxi en menos de 10 minutos. No obstante, al salir a la izquierda, en la esquina, hay un par de puestos de barbacoa que están realmente estupendos. Volvería sin lugar a duda.

The hotel is very big. Several hotels next to each other are actually owned by the same owner. It is a garden-style hotel with private and public baths. The public bath is also quite large. The room is very antique and relatively large. The private bath can accommodate three or four people. There are just too few sockets. The breakfast is also OK.

The store is near Wuxiangang. The high-speed rail pick-up station is very fast on the first morning. The play is sent to Wuxiangang. The Wuxiangang shuttle bus takes about 2 hours to the pick-up hall. The pick-up hall is walking 1.5 kilometers to the ropeway. The ropeway is on the golden roof. You can ask the shuttle bus master in the direction of Wuxiangang to stop at the hotel for a while. (Stop Wannian Temple first). The next day, the hotel's car was sent to Wuxiangang, and it was convenient to walk to Qingyin Pavilion and Monkey Mountain. It was more convenient and time-saving than living in Baoguo Temple. Hotel dinner is cost-effective, two vegetarians and one soup in the early 100s. You can come again.
