Good room and well cleaned bathroom staff is good behave. And complimentary food is good, me and my partner satisfied

I booked a studio apartment but i could hear a lot of noise from the outside commen hall at the mid night and it was very disturbing. Other wise gud stay happy.

During my stay, while the room was generally clean, there were a few issues that i encountered. Upon check-in, there was a strange smell in the room, and it was evident that the bedside lamps hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, the bedsheet was torn, which was disappointing. I was also asked to make an extra payment for early check-in, which i found unreasonable. Despite being told that the room needed cleaning and i would have to wait, i was informed that paying extra would grant me immediate access. This didn’t make sense to me, as the room was supposedly not ready. Overall, these issues affected my experience, and i believe there is room for improvement in both cleanliness and service policies

1. Resepsionist lady was very bad manners 2. Rooml light not working. 3. Neat and clean rooms. Staff behaviour very bad.

Happy with the location and food. Rooms are not properly maintained. Bedroom mirror is in very poor condition and diverter knob found broken in bathroom. And also no kettle provided in the kitchen, but given only after enquiring. Average.

The hotel is a little far from the temple it's around 900m away so if you want to go to the temple early morning i don't think walking is an option. But you can take your vehicle or they'll arrange taxi or auto for you. I booked a 2 bhk apartment and it was good no complaints had all the necessary amenities and all. The room was clean and great but the wifi was too slow. The food is good and they even serve non veg items also.

The convenience of transportation and the food was delicious and the stay was very comfortable and satisfying.

We actually booked a combo AC room and a non AC room, we actually planned to stat together but when we arrive we came to know that both are different floors and AC room was Ok(though there weren't any mugs in washroom and a landline to communicate 😡). But the Non Ac room was pathetic in size wise and even there weren't any running hot water or any air holes for ventilation and was suffocating...not recommended at all

While check - in, they. Focus on only other customer, i have to waited for 15 mins. This feels unfair
