Ulasan Smart Stay Beach Bodrum -All Inclusive

Not the most friendliest people. There are no elevators and no one offers to carry any luggage up or down the stairs. It’s quite a dirty looking hotel, we walked through an overflowing drain and we couldn’t see it because there were no lights. Also, there is only one person at the egg and pancake station for breakfast, so it took almost 30 minutes to get them. The snacks at 3-4pm were finished when we got there at 3:40pm. There were 2 of us in the room and they wouldn’t give us two cards. My friend came home later than me and she had to get someone to open up and they tried to come into the room with her. It was a good price for all inclusive though and it’s really close to the beach and party areas.

Bathroom and the whole room smells like sewage air conditioning noisy like a tractor no free parking at all you have to find your own parking no help to resolve anything so we did not stay still trying to get refund

Otelin genel temizliği iyiydi, ancak odalar oldukça eskiydi. Servis ve personel kalitesi iyiydi, özellikle resepsiyondaki personel oldukça yardımseverdi. Ancak bazı eksiklikler vardı. Yemekler genellikle aynı çeşitlerdeydi ve her gün tavuk sunuluyordu. Ayrıca içkilerden memnun kalmadık. Sahilde tuvalet ve duş bulunmuyordu, bu yüzden havuzun kullanımına bağlı kalmak zorunda kaldık. Genel olarak, bu eksikliklere rağmen otel idare ederdi.

No me ha parecido un Hotel de 4 estrellas un 2 como mucho. Hoy al hacer el check out- he pedido que me guarden la maleta en consigna. ( ya me había dicho que tenían consigna). A la mañana (10:30) me ha dicho el de recepción de dejar fuera en frente de recepción. Le dicho que si se encargaría el, pensando que metería en consigna. He aparecido para recoger a las 18:00 y la maleta estaba fuera, en el mismo sitio que habia dejado yo. Había otro chico en recepción, le he dicho que si haber no habían metido maleta en consigna, de la forma que me ha contestado parecía que la culpa la tenia yo por bo meter en l consigna. Es decir un desastre.
