were to start couldnt get a sun bed round the pool or on the beach even though we should of been allocated 3, towels on the beds and most of the time they were not used, evening meal time couldnt get a table or was told a 20 minute wait so had to eat out most evenings as we had young children who were hungry tried at different times it made no difference never any tables late breakfast you couldnt get a simple thing like an egg was told finished the hotel facilities are not big enough for the amount of people in the hotel evening times their was never any tables to sit at for a quiet drink people would pull tables together and 1 person would sit their until others came shouldnt let this happen ive been to turkey many times and this is the worst hotel we have stayed at

Went here for a week with family and couple of friends for a small getaway and vacation. It was great! Everything was exceptionally good in my opinion. Especially the food and the cleanliness of the rooms. The food variety was astounding as well as its quality. Both the hotel as well as the rooms were checked and cleaned around the clock.

In august I had vacation with my sister and her little daughter in this hotel.The hotel is very beautiful,at the reception we were greeted by polite and always ready to help staff.The food was very delicious and varied.Extraordinary thanks to Merbey Erdeyi who is polite ,kind and did everything to make the guests of the restaurant satisfied.Our little Adelina(she is 1,4 years old so much loves him.If somebody ask if I want to go again to this hotel ?I say yes❤️

Room was spacious for a family of 4. Not particularly clean, needed to look under the bed for a lost item and there was an inch of fluff and dust under it. Shower drain was blocked, had to call out maintenance and they never quite fixed the issue, so shower would over flow every time we showered. Food was pretty awful, even breakfast was rubbish. Zero catering for Western Europe. Fried eggs was as exciting as it got. Drinks were poor quality, cocktails and wine just vile. Morning coffee was decent. Pool was nice and slides were enjoyed by children. Nice base for a few days maximum, no longer.

Now staying in ayaz aqua hotel. im here was tree times already. lovely place where i wanna come back again and agai. beautiful area, perfect locatio, tasty food, lively and friendly stuf.beach at the firs line. all area around in flowers and palms. bars and stuff there are excelent. guestrelation is talkative and receptionict all positive. thnak you very much for holidays my dear hotel.

Firs time in ayaz aqua hotel. Amazing place in gumbet. Near bar street near the beach. From hotel open beautiful wiev on mountains and gardens. Food is tasty and fresh. Cocktails are tasty. 4 swimming pool u can easy find place where to got sun bathing. Me and my friends happy. Thanks you dear hotel management for unforgettable holidays. We are in this beautiful hotel, right now with our baby and girl 9 years. Everything is more then beautiful, our room close to the pool witch is convinient for mother with baby. Beach small, but beautiful and clean wather. Food excellent and delicious. If you are thinking should we go dont think a second great vacation!

It's nice hotel. Food is good. Pool is very nice. Nicest thing about it to be honest. Night time entertainment is good. DJ daily playing music. Bus passes hotel to the city every 10 minutes. Just 30 lite each person:) good place we enjoying:))

Our second time visiting this hotel. Still remains that the staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Good selection of food & drink throughout the day and grounds/rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Additional thoughts; location of hotel is 5 min walk from the lively bars, restaurants and shops so perfect location to not have banging music all night long. New this yr is the spa on site, amazing hammam and massage and no need to travel. Water sports including boat trips still available from beach at hotel so again no lengthly transfers. All round great value for money and recommended! Consideration for hotel: never enough sunbeds, you need to be down at 6am to bag a bed. Animation not brilliant. Very little daytime and evening entertainment Also some attendance to the steps on the room side pool area - bit dodgy but nothing that can’t be sorted and quickly!
