The stuff is very helpful and responsive. Rooms are clean and new, breakfast is totally enough. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is good. And you’re getting A LOT for what paying for.

走路大概5-10分鐘到海邊，也有個酒店的小遊泳池，小孩子很喜歡。不過房間裏沒有熱水壺，也沒有瓶裝水，要水的話要去前台拿那種小的盒裝水

總體來説還可以，對得起這個價位，就是房間可能處於矮樓層，樓上沖水聲音會比較影響睡眠，同時沒有陽台，房間換氣不太好。

Super schönes und feines Hotel. Es roch selten so sauber in einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie. Modern, sauber und ein leckeres Frühstück. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet 3min bis zur Promenade und 7 min bis zum Strand.

部屋は可愛くベッドも良かったです。アメニティも歯ブラシ以外はありました。 しかし中心地から車で15分離れています。夜到着したのですがドルムシュを降りた場所から暗く、近隣にクラブがありますが、飲食店はありません。 短期間や初めてのボドルムでしたら中心地の方が利便性は良いです。

Liked the concept and the breakfast however some things dont add up. They rebook us to the closest hotel nearby the First night due to ”a accident and hospital stay of the former guest of the room”. They could not answer questions related to this (using Google translate as an excuse) and later on we noticed that they did it to other guests too, giving them the same story of former room guest being at the hospital. The truth is most likely that they doublebook rooms for a night/couple of nights to not loose longer stays/bookings. Other feedback, very loud rooms, toilet smelled sewege and had to remind several times of items to restock.

Perhaps this hotel would have been fine when we were younger but we found the accommodations lacking. The bed came with one flat sheet and one scratchy cotton blanket and when we asked for a top sheet we received a flat twin sheet for a king size bed. The faucet in the bathroom wasn’t bolted in and flopped around when one used it. Opening the windows for fresh air was challenging because across the way was a rooftop where young people were hanging out chatting and smoking most nights and nightclubs nearby blasted music into the wee hours. The neighborhood was pretty run down and felt a sketchy. On a positive note, the place was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly enough. For young travelers on a tight budget it’s a fine place to stay but if you’re a seasoned, older traveler, looking for a little more comfort, I’d look elsewhere. We canceled the rest of our non-refundable stay and found a better hotel closer to the marina area, where for $80 a night (we paid $41 for Poyz) we were quite happy. This wa a case of you get what you pay for - lesson (hopefully :) learned.

We stayed at Poyz hotel for 8 nights in November. The hotel was still busy even though the season in Gumbet was over. The hotel is located at the top of the hill, so you should be aware of that, but this afforded us nice views from our balcony. We enjoyed walking into Bodrum which was approx 30mins away. The room was nice and as shown in photos and the breakfast was of high quality every morning! The pool was in the shade (at this time of year)but the deck chairs were in the sun. The family run hotel staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel felt safe and secure. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel is small and charming with very friendly and helpfull staff, the rooms are clean and spacious. Rooms are equiped with hair dryer, tv safe, fridge, air con, the shower is really powerful and water allways hot. The small pool is lovely and a nice area to relax with a book and a Coffee. The hotel is 5 minutes walk ( down hill) to gumbets main shopping street where there are many restaurants cafes bars. The beach is also close by, at the most a 10 minutes walk. It is also not far to walk into bodrum. The breakfast is amazing value, fresh and tasty. What makes this hotel so wonderful is the hard working staff, always smiling and Willing to help. Ive Just extended my stay here as i am enjoying it so much, çok teşekkür ederim Poyz otel. ☺️

Staff is very attentive! They work very hard to make sure the stay is the best it could be. I put it as a note that the AC was very important for my stay. They contacted me before I arrived that the AC needed repair, in the meantime they booked me a beautiful Airbnb as it was being fixed. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable, shower was large and clean. The pillows were a little hard for me, but they were happy to replace them with softer pair. Everything I requested was happily accommodated. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well! Extremely happy with my stay. We also heard no noise from outside which is important to point out because of the location of the hotel. PS: they greeted me with a fresh lemonade upon check in! I thought it was a nice touch!

Hotel rooms are extreamly clean, helpful staff, room could do with a kettle which is the only thing i missed. Safe and small fridge in the room. Baghrop. Has large shower normal toiletries and a hairdryer. The view is fantastc. Small table and chair set on the small balcony.
