This hotel was dirty they had roaches they had mice my bed wasn't clean my microwave wasn't clean refrigerator wasn't clean the tub wasn't clean I had to come in cleaning everything in order to stay and then when I asked for a reimbursement or credit that Guy told me no

Had to switch rooms 3 times front desk agent sun me to go look for clean rooms will never stay again

Staff is great ant responsive but the hotel definitely needs work

Property was convenient but had no amenities in room. Not very comfortable, one kitchen chair for furniture

The front office was rude. I witnessed the clerk yelling at a guest because he wanted to switch rooms.

No hairdryer in room no toilet paper no phone to call Front desk had to se cash for deposit breakfast awful broken furniture in room. Not at all what a windham property is

On entering the room it smelled musty. I went out to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. I cleaned the shower, sink and toilet. Then I wiped down the furniture and bed. The door was worn at the bottom. The dresser and nightstand had no drawers to them. The lock on the door to the adjoining room would not lock so we put the dresser in front of it. The people in the room next door was so loud. It was just awful. If I could have afford to leave and lose the money I would have definitely went somewhere else.

Everything was ok except no one ever came and brought us clean towels . We even went to the front and asked but was told she was to busy but would get us some later which never happened ?

Filthy except bedding. Shower curtain very dirty, furniture falling apart, entire building was filthy

Curtains were disgusting!!! Air conditioner was off and on. Bathroom and beds were clean. Good breakfast

Super comfy beds! Water was very hot and had enough towels for everyone. It was a good stay.

Our door did not close all the way, holes in the bathroom door, toilet seat not attached, looked like mold all over the bath tub. Called down for extra pillows and was told they didn’t have any. We called around to other hotels but no one could get us in until the next day, we have booked the room for 4 nights, checked in at 1145pm checked out 715am!

The room was filthy, blood on the sheets on one bed, bathroom door and exterior door both had been kicked in it appeared and would not close properly.
