We are deeply sorry that this stay did not meet your expectations. The VIP Building was completed and put into operation in 2022 and passed the national five-star rating in August 2024. The hotel has 516 suites of various guest rooms. It consists of a 38-story building consisting of a main building and a podium building. The building and 8 passenger elevators form a surrounding structure. There are indeed no head and tail rooms. The new Chinese style decoration style combined with the design of smart guest rooms has left a deep impression on many guests and the memory of returning many times. We are deeply sorry that the smart guest room has brought inconvenience to your stay. Room 01 arranged for you faces the Yingbin Building and Renmin Avenue, which opened in 1989. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room, you can see the sunset in the direction of Qianling Mountain and feel the historical iteration, but we failed to fully consider your needs. I apologize to you again. Regarding the problem of the parking lot ground you mentioned, the hotel has already carried out half of the renovation and is preparing to renovate the other half. The hotel has many types of pillows, including buckwheat pillows, latex pillows, memory foam pillows, half latex pillows and half buckwheat pillows. There is a pillow menu on the bedside table in your room. Next time you stay, you can choose a more suitable pillow to help you sleep well according to your needs. The curtains and lights in the room are all smart switches. The curtains and window screens can be operated separately. The room lights can be turned off with one button or adjusted according to needs. There are specific operation methods in the service guide of the desk. If you don’t want to bother, you can call the housekeeping center or the lobby assistant manager through the room phone, and we will solve it for you immediately. The bath towel problem you mentioned is for the convenience of guests. Therefore, bath towels and towels are placed at the door of the bathtub and shower room respectively during the night bed service. If they are not enough, you can call us at any time and we will add them for you as soon as possible.
