Hotel dekat Forest Park, Guiyang

I came out to play, the hotel environment and location are good! It is very close to the snack street, and it is very convenient to buy supper at night. Xiao Wang at the front desk also gave me a running map, and I followed it to eat without any mistakes! The room is cleaner than expected, and there is no strange smell in the room (I am a rhinitis patient and I am very sensitive to this). The exhaust fan in the bathroom is silent. I feel very safe when I fall asleep. What touched me most was that Xiao Wang at the front desk asked about the check-in habits in advance and arranged a suitable room attentively. I have poor sleep quality, and he also prepared earplugs and eye masks for me. I was really touched by the details. There is also a super good service from Xiao Ma in the restaurant, patiently recommending delicious specialties. There is a small baba in their dialect, called Huangba, and Qingyan rice tofu, I really like it! It's delicious, generally recommended, and the service is particularly good

Highly recommend. Excellent hotel in excellent location near center of Guiyang. The receptionists were very friendly and supportive. I got a room on the 22th floor , and the view is amazing. The room has a large clean bath tub , which is nice for soaking . Excellent comfy bed. Laundry machine (for washing clothes) is available and free . Morning: Breakfast is delicious The room is spacious, clean. The hotel is located within 8 minute walk from the closest Metro Station. PS. Bottled water is complimentary. Overall, excellent hotel that I highly recommend.

This hotel is really excellent. I stayed there for the second time! This time, because of the nature of work, I stayed for a shorter time. Although I had to go to Guanshan Lake for work, I still decided to book this hotel! Facilities: As shown in the picture, it is quite good! Service: We arrived late at night on the 25th. The lady was very nice and helped us upgrade the room type and sent fruits. In addition, the other staff I came into contact with in the hotel were very kind and responded to any needs. Environment: It is very convenient nearby and close to everything in the old city. There is a famous snack bar at the door, and Minsheng Road is on the left. There are many food open in the middle of the night.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Strategically located on level 41, the hotel overlooks Guiyang's landmarks such as the Guiyang Huaguoyuan Twin Towers and the White House, eateries, bus stops and metro station are all within walking distance. The family room was spacious and clean, featuring a mahjong table! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to taste the freshly ground coffee as we arrived after 10:00 pm. The friendly and efficient young female receptionist welcomed guests with fruits and snacks, and showed the available room types for our friends to choose from.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently answered any questions I had. They also prepared small gifts for guests. The only downside to the room was that the carpet was too dirty and looked dirty. Everything else was fine.

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

I rarely think of reviewing a hotel, but this hotel really makes me feel that I have to review it. We are heavy hotel lovers and like to try different hotels in different cities, but this time we were pleasantly surprised. The housekeeper met us one day in advance. The next day, Tesla came to pick us up at the airport. He didn't let us take our luggage. When we arrived at the door of Zhenbo, there was a secret door. After opening the door, there was a different world. A high-end fragrance came to our faces. The enthusiastic service staff and the lobby with a strong artistic atmosphere were all things we had never experienced before. After checking in, the room was very clean and had a large bathtub. They were all big brands of Kohler. Not long after, the service staff came to deliver fruits, desserts, and water. The housekeeper kept asking about the needs. The place for afternoon tea was also very beautiful, and the dinner was also very exquisite. Both the dishes and the environment felt super five-star. In the evening, the waiter also delivered goodnight desserts, which was very thoughtful. I didn't want to have breakfast the next day. The waiter paired a few plates and sent them directly to the room. I took a bite of bread. Wow, it was so delicious. They were all freshly baked. The takeaway food was also delivered directly to the door, so there was no need to go down to get it. I felt that I really felt the attentive service here. Every staff member was of high quality and good looks. It was like home. When I checked out, I was given a dessert gift, which was so thoughtful. Everyone was responsive. This time, the Guiyang Zhilu Zhenbo Hotel was also an important part of our experience. Perfect! Everyone must come and experience it, especially those who like to stay in good hotels. It is really surprising everywhere!
