The Hotel is perfect! We loved it and will definitely return (breakfast is good)

Óptima localização, funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno-almoço variado. Apenas 2 reparos: ar condicionado não possui controle remoto e deixou de funcionar na segunda noite e a imagem da TV falha imenso.

Servicio excelente: la atención del personal imposible de mejorar. Volveremos seguro

Muito bom

I had a enjoyable time staying at Hotel Fundador on my first visit to Guimaraes. On my last day, the hotel welcome in, what looked like two full football teams (average age 14), and which sounded like a stadium of fans. Nonetheless, my room was quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious with good A/C. Good shower / bathroom facilities. The location is great if you are coming in by train. It is close to lots of great restaurants, both home-cooking and wine/snack bars. Located on the top of a hill, you get a great view as you descend into the downtown area. Guimaraes is really beautiful place, and I look forward to returning there again soon.

The hotel is really clean. Rooms are very big and it is also great location near the city centre and shopping mall. There is also grocery near. Only minus is very small breakfast. The hotel has modern rooms. Overall it is really worth the price. I recommend.

Excellent value. Good hotel close to the city center. Staff is very accommodating . Although an older building the rooms are very nice, decent sized. breakfast was limited but filling. Enough options to get your day started. Great views from the breakfast room. I would stay again in a nanosecond. :-)

We arrived by train and it was a short 1 block to the hotel. The hotel is a bit older but well maintained with extremely friendly staff. I didn't have a power converted for our cell phones and Filipe loa

Muy buena ubicacion,parking gratis,buen precio,habitaciones grandes y limpias,en recepción muy agradables,hablan español perfecto y te explican lo que quieras para comer o ver es un hotel bastante nuevo y grande,con todas las comodidades

Hotel localizado perto da estação de comboios da cidade, mas perto do centro histórico (600/700 mts). Quartos amplos, limpeza excelente, com uma vista sobre grande parte da cidade. Muito bom pequeno almoço, localizado no último andar, com uma vista espectacular sobre a cidade.

Excelente hotel 3* melhor que alguns 4* que já fiquei. Relativamente perto do centro, facilmente se chega a pé. Estacionamento grátis disponível Bom quarto, boa cama com boas almofadas. Bom pequeno almoço. Ótima relação qualidade preço, recomendo.

O hotel cumpre seu papel de oferecer uma hospedagem básica, compatível com o valor cobrado, de um modo justo. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo, porém tinha um odor que parecia misturar cigarro e algo antigo, a despeito de a decoração e os móveis serem atuais. O piso do quarto é frio, o que proporciona maior limpeza e particularmente me agrada, e o do corredor é revestido por carpete. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficiente. A localização é excelente, ao lado da estação de trem e muito perto do centro histórico.
