Location is superb ! Walking street, Sun Moon pagoda, elephant trunk hill are all witjin walking distance. Hotel also provides self service laundry, detergent are all provided foc. Service staff even help to unload my laundry from wash to dry machine, and fold up my clothings and put in basket while i am asleep. Buffet breakfast is good ! Steongly recommended.

It's my first time to stay in Atour Hotel, and I decided to stay another day, and I'm so happy to make the right selection. From the font desk staffs, and even the room helper 水諾，they are so kind to help to make our stay comfortably. The breakfast is good enough, plenty of water and coffee, nice supper until 11pm, efficient laundry area. T/F, I will try other Atour hotel in different regions and hopefully they all have the same standard.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, very good and affordable. I will come back to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family. The girl at the front desk is very nice and friendly, and she takes everything into consideration for the travelers.

Good choice, breakfast is served until 10:30 and there are still many food choices. The front desk staff were very attentive and enthusiastic, especially two staff members, Jiang Hao and Yi Yue, who helped us solve our problems promptly and enthusiastically. Will consider continuing to choose this hotel.

The hotel is 1 km away from Guilin Station, and is very close to the Sun and Moon Pagoda, Elephant Trunk Hill, and the pedestrian street, making access very convenient; the room is clean, the bed and pillow are super comfortable, and the bare cotton bedding is environmentally friendly and safe; the facilities and equipment are simple and well maintained; the service provided by the front desk lady Mia is warm and friendly, meticulous and thoughtful, and she gave us good advice and help in terms of check-in, travel and dining!
