I was pleasantly surprised to choose to stay here when I was on a business trip to Knowledge City. The environment is elegant and clean, and the service is warm and considerate! The newly renovated room has no smell, and the mattress is really good to sleep on, not too hard or too soft. There is a large shopping mall next to it, and a massage and leisure place is a few steps away. It's really relaxing to go there for a massage when you are tired. Recommended 😁

I chose this hotel because of its location and the fact is has an indoor pool. The pool was very quiet and it allows proper lane swimming. Really good. However there was a bad smell in the room and small flies in the bathroom. The toilet flush wasn't working and it made noise the whole night. I informed the staff in the morning and they fixed it straight away. Overall, a pleasant experience especially because of the pool. In spite of the bad smell I will probably go back, hopefully my next room will be better. The sheets were really clean too.

Clean and tidy, no smoke smell in the room, good sound insulation, good quality of room supplies, extremely comfortable to stay in the hotel. I will stay again if necessary in the future. It is a trustworthy hotel. You can stay at ease. Overall very good. Good night milk is also provided.

The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes. Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Guangzhou, and I had a wonderful experience. The front desk team, especially Kitty, Selena, and other female and male staff members (whose Chinese names I unfortunately couldn’t remember), were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They were always available to answer my questions and provided excellent assistance whenever needed. I truly appreciated how attentive they were and how they made sure I had a smooth and pleasant stay.
