location is excellent, room was one of the better 1s we've stayed and the best part of the room was the automated toilet bidet system - warm seats and butt-wash! 🤣 reception was very friendly and helpful. provided washing machine & dryer was a lifesaver, used it everyday. highly recommend this hotel for those who want access to hotspots in this area. Excellent services where receptionist always ready to help my needs and answer all my questions. The cleaner lady help my cousin to collect his laundry and ensure all clothes are fully dry. However hotel distance to subway are a bit far, each time need to walking at least 10-15 mins 🙁.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to travel by subway when going out. The room is also very clean. Xiaobo and Xiaoting at the front desk are very good and enthusiastic. They also upgraded my room for free. This hotel is really great!!! I will continue to choose next time. I needed a cake for my girlfriend too and Xiao bo helped me order it online too! Very appreciative of the service provided. The design of the hotel room is also very well thought out and it feels very new!

The location is very good, very close to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. The room was upgraded when I went there. It is very clean and tidy, and the facilities are also new. Breakfast is delivered to the door by a small robot, which is very convenient. There is a Family Mart downstairs, and it is convenient for travel. Metro Line 2 is only five or six minutes away. Overall, the cost performance is quite high

I often come to Guangzhou for business trips. This is the first time I stay in a hotel with such high cost performance and service. Can you believe it? The room is less than 300 yuan, but there is a 2.2-meter wide bed! In the past, I only stayed in five-star hotels to have such a big bed. There is also a rooftop on the fifth floor. It is beautiful at night. You can chat and enjoy the breeze. It is very comfortable. It is very quiet at night without any noise. I sleep very soundly. I will stay here again next time I come to Guangzhou!

Hotel location is very good, is a newly opened store facilities are fully equipped, there is a gym, but unfortunately there is no time to exercise. There are many varieties of breakfast, the taste is good, the room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, the overall environment is still high-end, the price is reasonable, the traffic is very convenient, the front desk service is good, very thoughtful, the experience is quite satisfactory, come back next time.

”This Atour Hotel is really considerate! The front desk lady is super nice, smiling as soon as she meets you, and can help you solve any problems immediately. What touched me most was the takeaway service - other hotels use robots to deliver meals and often have to wait for a long time, but their waiter ran upstairs directly and the hot takeaway was in my hand in seconds! The breakfast is also amazing, the rice noodle rolls are slippery, and the sauce is just right, not too much to eat, and not too little to starve. The good news for lazy people is that there is a restaurant downstairs. Suddenly you want to cook? Press the elevator and you can get boiled fish and stir-fried meat in minutes! The room has full details: the tea bags are Atour's special blend (a cup of it fills the room with fragrance), the drip coffee is first-class refreshing, and there is plenty of mineral water. The facilities are also complete, the charging plug is right at the head of the bed, the curtains are super light-blocking, and you can sleep until you wake up naturally~ I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I go on a business trip!”

The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes. Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

I hardly give ratings or reviews but i must say i am extremely happy and satisfied throughout my 10 days trip with this hotel. All the staffs were so warm and helpful. Thank you xiao zhou for going an extra mile to assist me with the courier. The hotel also fulfilled my request for bidet in my toilet. Beside the hotel have few halal restaurants which is very convenient too. Will definitely come back again 🌸
