Ulasan Jinjiang Du Cheng Cultural Innovation Hotel Guangzhou Science City Performing Arts Center store

The hardware is fine and room quite new and clean, but service is definitely not up to scratch, the reception was always busy and do not go out of way to help or serve you. The breakfast is awful, no clean table, no food at the buffet by 9.20am and just one person serving fried eggs. I had more expectation for this hotel given the reviews. On the upside, it is located in a very convenient location if you are going to the stadium for concert.

I had a very nice stay at the Jinjiang hotel. The hotel was very new and clean and the hotel staff was very friendly.

They welcomed me very nicely, and were very helpful. The room was clean. Nothing negative to say I recommend

Generally a good, clean room, close to the metro. I appreciate the strong working heating system (I stayed on a cold December night) and the brass hardware in the bathroom. My only complaint is that the gym was not open in the morning when I wanted to use it.

酒店設施舒適，尤其位置優越，出門左轉就是至泰廣場，再往前走幾百米過馬路就是寶能體育館，來看演唱會的絕佳選擇！酒店還貼心送了早餐券和水果，好温心哦，下次看演唱會還會住這裏！

日間和夜間當值職員的服務態度差天共地！ 日間check in時沒有排隊區，問職員在哪裡check in，沒回應，站在中間的我，被左右兩邊的住客插隊，我已經很生氣！那個姓胡的前台主管更黑著臉皺著眉的為我服務，全程只有一個眼神交流，就是把房咭交給我時，無言。。。 到了房間，電視網絡未連接，找前台幫忙，語氣不友善的說不用密碼連接的，我弄了半個小時都不行，最後致電房間服務，電視網絡最終被一位都不太禮貌的技術人員重新連接了。 晚上，換過一批前台人員，我向職員要求熱水，他們很樂意的幫忙，感謝。到了第二天早上check out 時，碰到一個家庭提出同一要求，要求熱水，但同一位姓胡的前台主管用很不耐煩的語氣和臉孔去幫他們，完全身同感受到那家人的無奈。。。 名片上的Hello，抱歉，完全感受不到！！！

小伍經理很熱情，給升級了房間，視野非常好，可以看見演唱會劇場。早上航班出發早，委託小伍經理給朋友寄快遞，小伍經理和前台小姐姐也非常熱情幫忙，服務非常到位。

酒店環境衞生很不錯，交通便利，就在地鐵口附近，關鍵是離演唱會場館很近很近，就在馬路對面，走過去5分鐘左右，在房間也能直接看到場館，建議各位來看演唱會的姐妹可以考慮。前台人員Wendy很熱情，瞭解到我是一個人去看演唱會的，還給房間做了免費升級和送了早餐，服務態度很周到。

房間設備維護得還可以，希望下次可以給單人間也兩張房卡，感謝送了入住水果，雖然沒來得及吃。酒店離寶能體育中心真的很近，很方便。下次有機會還會再定。

都不錯，衞生很讓人放心的水準，各種水果、咖啡、茶葉和配套是這個價位酒店裡比較少見的，很不錯。尤其謝謝伍經理，主動提供服務和停車指引等，很棒！

看演唱會距離很近很方便 ，小伍經理服務熱情，入住體驗超棒，再有機會來寶能看演出必定錦江！！！！！！！！

打開房門，意然是8尺大床。 酒店近寶能國際體育演藝中心，看演唱會後走10分鐘便可以回到酒店。 免費停車。職員送贈早歺券。

如果喜歡房間亮堂的可以優先考慮，房間設施很新，燈敞亮很不錯！然後距離寶能也很近，就在對面，出門旁邊就是個什麼至泰廣場，吃飯地方多，酒店側面還有個24小時便利店，演唱會回來可以買點零食酸奶什麼，下次來還會選，早餐品種不多，但是吃飽沒有問題！
