Great location to meet associates, and to catch up with friends at 四海城 with plenty of coffee places and wide range of restaurants.

Booked 4 rooms for my family of 8. The front desk staff are especially helpful. Xiaoxue and Xiao Wang are so pleasant even when busy.

The Receptionists were very helpful even though their knowledge of English was poor. They would also help with booking of cabs and even walked us to the cab and opened the door The Elevator and rooms are almost brand new and very high-tech with touch panels, automatic blinds etc. Level 6 rooms have smart toilets and larger suites too. The housekeeping girls were very courteous and offered extra drinking water and tea The buffet breakfast was very good but almost the same for all three mornings. Maybe a little variation would help. Staff in the dining area were very cooperative Great location with shopping malls and restaurants in the vicinity The rooms could use a safe deposit box and a weighing scale. An ice dispenser in the corridor would also work well All in all a very good experience

"This place is truly amazing! clean and modern, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reception staff provided the best customer experience I had throughout my trip. Upon my arrival, the lovely Zhang even assisted me in ordering food, as I had no prior experience. On my departure, Wen and Lili helped me arrange a taxi and even carried my bags. I would definitely return on my next trip to GZ." Only to mention every day I struggle to open the shower gel and shampoo 😂 should have an easier dispenser 😉

Business travel can be tiring. But Kuanrong Suites makes everything better, with breakfast, afternoon tea, and a night time soup! Not to mention that the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the bathrooms and toilets are spotless and the beds let you sink in and relax after a hard day in the office. Highly recommended! Plus! There is a fully equipped laundry room for long stays. And the location is right smack in the middle of Panyu, a 2 second walk away from Sihaicheng / 四海城.

Service was par excellence. The girls at the reception went out of their way to help me with laundry, taxi booking etc. Despite not understanding english they used a translation app. The room was as described in their listing and furnishings and fixtures were of good quality. Breakfast was decent. I would recommend this place to other travellors wanting to stay in Panyu which is a suburb of Guanghzhou
