The hotel is located near the metro station (Changgang station exit E) and mall just less than 10 mins walk. The staff are very nice and helpful🩷

Room size is good , booked for three people this time as family they have this choice. Not much noise around. Staff are friendly, however location is just okay

The manager speaks english well made our stay pretty easy. The lobby staffs are very helpful. The hotel is located near undergrounds and restaurants are all around. Lovely neighborhood.

The hotel is surrounded by fully equipped dining, entertainment, supermarkets, banks and other living facilities. Passengers coming from the direction of Guangzhou South Railway Station can take Line 2 directly to Changgang Subway Station. i made appointment from trip com. but when i arrived i noticed the px is cheaper if book in hotel. room dont hv window and can hear neigh‘s noise

1. After the car was parked, a foreign object fell off, but no one solved the problem and no apology was given. 2. The hotel quilt had a hole and some yellow liquid was not washed off. 3. I don’t know how to explain the dirt on the bath towel. I told a boy on the afternoon shift about the car problem, but the manager didn’t respond. I told the aunt about the quilt and it was solved immediately. The two aunts were very nice and changed the quilt. The next morning, the car was blocked and couldn’t get out. It took more than half an hour to solve it.
