Ulasan Baili Airport Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun No.5 Apron)

This place is ok. Staff not very accommodating to book as Didi for me. The price was not to much so I would not be so demanding. 30 minutes to airport by taxi. Cost $105 at 6am in the morning to get to airport by a flat down taxi.

Everything was good here,but the location is little bit far from the business area.

It bad, hotel smell ciggarete at lift and front desk. Checkout at 12 Pm , at 07.00 Am already knock my door to reminder checkout. Bad attitude The staff no smile. Only stay 1 night then i find another hotel

Hello folks, I book this hotel through Ctrip app and when I get the location of the hotel and go the reception, the staff told me lie that our machine is broken for check in and you cancel the order, i told her why i should cancel the order, i was with my family with two kids so i told her kindly allow us to stay and then will look for other hotels, Although she was giving rooms to other chinese people. After that I get the room card and when get at the floor, the card was not working, then i come down and call for help. our room TV have a problem, after spending one night they didt solve the TV and charging mobile phone issue, then they allow us to change the room. My overall experience especially with the reception staff at check in was not good, she is not cooperative with foreigners.

Not so bad for the price. I must say it’s quite good. The location is good cos it’s close the almond everything you will need.

酒店不是獨立的和其他娛樂場所混居好在電梯刷卡樓層還算整潔，周圍附近很熱鬧美食街都是吃的，房間不大裝修也比較破舊了，馬虎將就一晚還可以吧。

房間跟預訂的照片完全不符，房間小臟差，窗户在角落裡小得可憐，圖片是大窗户！衞生也很堪憂，牆面全是各種黃色污漬，非常失望
