The room is nice, unfortunately with a strong smell of smoke that we couldn't eliminate even with open windows. Overall the stay was good, the bathroom was clean. Right in front of the building there's an hospital, so it can be quite noisy if you keep the windows open - air conditioning was available so we were able to keep them closed during the night.

Location is good, host are very friendly and helpful too! Only thing there’s no lift you’ll need to climb abit of staircases but that’s fine for us ;)

First of all its on unit number 41 not 37. Location: nearby local foods and convinient stores. Walking distance to city train station and the river side. Room's good and the balcony is an extra. Nice hotel, location is ok, a bit far away from downtown but near underground station. Room is very small but pretty comfort for two just to sleep in. Good noodle store near the entrance. The hotel has a washing machine but no dryer so with wet south weather it takes a lot of time to dry clothes outside and you don’t have much space inside the room for drying as well. But overall it is good for its price.

The room was simple yet very efficient and clean. For the price it is a great deal. The location is perfect also. We had a great time. I recommend.

The place is poorly decorated. The lid of the switch box will fall off. Sometimes there will be an electric sound when the switch is turned on. If not repaired, there will be a risk of leakage. Kindly if there is no one on duty during the outdated holidays to check the equipment in each room in advance, or hire someone to work during the holidays.
