No lift. Have to carry bags to the first floor. Bed was comfortable. Ac was directly in front of the bed, and it was getting too cold even with the blanket. Location was ok but a lot of construction on the road, so the road aas closed off into a narrow passage, walking not a problem but a lot of ev scooter. The receptionist was great always helpful. Overall, it's wss a good stay.

I had a very pleasant trip, the front desks prompt response and extended customer service made our stay more comfortable throughout the 2025 Canton Fair. I really look forward to staying there again next year during the same time.

No cleanliness. They dont clean room everyday. They just top up water and tissue papers and towels everyday. No lift for heavy luggage. Staff dont know english.

Well, the best part of the hotel was the location. Very convenient and near to the metro station in the city center. The service was good. As for cleanliness, it was just okay, wasn't the best.

The hotel has a convenient location which is close from the metro station. However, it is quite old and has some cigarette smell which disturbed me. I think it needs some improvement.
