Saya belum pernah menemukan apartemen hotel sampah atau hotel bintang lima😅 Sikap di meja depan sangat buruk. Ketika saya check in, saya memberi tahu pria di sebelah kiri untuk check in dan mengerutkan kening dan kemudian tidak mengatakan sepatah kata pun. Wanita di sebelah kanan mengambil ID saya dan membantu saya dengan ID saya. Sikap para pelayan di lantai bawah juga sangat buruk dan masuk ke hotel. Saya hanya perlu mengatakan ke mana harus pergi, halo, dan tidak ada kalimat. Saya tidak perlu menunggu karena saya punya dapur. Pancinya sangat kecil sehingga keluar dari ruangan. Saya tidak menelepon apa pun untuk bertanya dan saya tidak menggunakan sinyal TV. Kompor induksi rusak. Aku tinggal di sini pada hari terakhir. Saya telah tinggal di sini selama sebulan. The experience of coming back to live in the Residence is like go back home, recommended upgrade of one bed room by assistant Front Desk Manager, the privacy is very good, the style different to the hotel, it is quiet, the Elsie was provide excellent of service, intimate introduction to nearby attractions and hotel facilities, Greta also warmly guides the elevator, and the attitude is very enthusiastic. The restaurant and the pool gym of the Residence and the hotel are all shared together, the experience is amazing, and the view is very nice.

Great hotel and location. Having the tallest and most beautiful view in the city. Services are wonderful. From the day one we arrived till the day we left, we got warm welcome and supports from all staff. Especially our housekeeper and front office manager Ms Chelsea Chen. They look after us from room arrangement, sight seeing, restaurant recommendation. We definitely will come back with our family. 不單只是最高，更是最好的酒店！

Perfect stay for a family. Located at the heart of GZ CBD, connected to K11 shopping mall very convenient. Lobby on the 68/F has a stunning view of the GZ city skyline. Each room has its private lift which is perfect for kids to roam wild, even the lift lobby in front of the room is yours to use. Amenities like the Spa and the gym is great for the family to burn some calories after meals 👍

My very first time in Rosewood Residence. Really love the warm welcome in front desk. The breakfast was really good and lots of choices. The view in the room was ok, would like to try the rosewood hotel next time!

I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Rosewood Residence in GZ with my wife, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Upon our slightly late check-in, we were warmly greeted by Doris, the receptionist. Her kindness was evident from the start, as she graciously upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite. This unexpected gesture set the tone for the rest of our stay. What truly amazed us was the level of exclusivity and privacy offered at Rosewood Residence. The private elevator that led directly to our room was a delightful surprise. It enhanced our sense of luxury and seclusion, making us feel like we had our own private oasis. The absence of a traditional hallway meant that we couldn't hear any noise from outside, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. As we stepped into our one-bedroom suite, we were captivated by the impeccable decor. The attention to detail and the luxurious ambiance made it feel like we were residing in a high-end condominium that exuded comfort and elegance. It truly felt like a home away from home. Without a doubt, if we ever find ourselves back in GZ, we will not hesitate to return to Rosewood Residence. The exceptional service, the unrivaled exclusivity, and the remarkable attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this extraordinary establishment to anyone seeking a truly exceptional and luxurious accommodation experience.

Great as usual. Although a little hiccup on checking but the hotel staff was professional and dealt with the situation swiftly.

Good location, free parking, the room is spacious n the private lift a surprise. The staffs r friendly n helpful that gives a cozy home feeling to the guest!

Special thanks to Erin Meng, and her team for the personal touch they offered during my stay when things didn’t go right. Very professional handled and as I told the team, I have visited this hotel when it first opened few years ago, and will definitely come back because of the soft products, service being the key attribute. Lovely crew, keep up the great work!
