wenxing Hotel(Guangzhou Xinshi Baixin Plaza Store)

We arrived early morning to this hotel, and the staff never hesitate to check us in at 9am , they were so helpful with us , even picking and sending deliveries. The hotel area is next to Metro market, and Paso mall for shopping and food , also close to baiyun train station and to the airport. Very convenient for those wanting to make it to the airport in time. Thank you all the stuff for your help.

The place was amazing as usual!

I stayed at Wenxing Hotel in February, after a flight with a long layover I only wanted to rest and the receptionist was slow but helpful. Although the language barrier was a little bit of an issue, I managed to communicate and check in even if it was 4:00 am in the morning. They allow foreign tourists to stay without any problem. It was a bit cold in the room because of the weather, so I couldn’t take a shower. The bed was a queen sized mattress on the floor, quite comfy tho. P.S. The sink plug was somewhere else, couldn’t find it to unplug it, brushed my teeth and spat in the toilet to prevent clogging lol. Overall, it’s good for a quick stop and rest to go on for your next trip.

location is good, but overall services, cleanliness need to improve

很吵，2025年1月1日早上不知道幾點，可能六點多那時候，外面超級無敵巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨吵！不知道在搞什麼，反正吵的要死，一直有塑料袋膠帶的聲音，超級大聲，不用睡覺的嗎，這麼吵，整體環境就是圖三這樣子，還有圖一那個等根本關不了，衹能把卡抽了總電源斷了才能關，屋裡的電視也看不了，還有圖二，整個房間就一個窗，窗外面就是這個樣子的，你們就説嚇不嚇人，裏裡外外的很吵，房間隔音超級無敵差！！！！！我跟我朋友兩個人一點都睡不好！！！！對聲音敏感的朋友門別定這家店了，真的怪不得評論區最多都是隔音不好，我也是深刻體會了。。。。。（而且還沒有一次性拖鞋，，，，第一次遇到沒有一次性拖鞋的酒店。。。。）
