As a modern and nice hotel with good associated facilities such as shopping mall and entertainment facilities. Front desk staff, Lily is rather helpfull in assisting my family to issue tickets for skiing and snowboarding. The food provided by the hotel is also with excellent quality. We will visit sooner or later.

The hotel is very grand and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed with two kids and we contacted the staff Anny and she promptly provided kids’ toiletries supplies to us. It was very great experience.

Had a fabulous stay. We were there for the skiing and amusement parks, and the location couldn't be better. Convenient shuttle service between the mall and hotel. Otherwise didi is no more than 10rmb. Good spread for breakfast although it's mainly catered towards Chinese cuisines. Only minor annoyance is the charge for children above 1.1m. Rooms were a very good size and comfortable bed. Nothing much more to ask for. Hotel staff were awesome. Anny and Lily were fantastic in every request. Both helpful and patient. Even the manager was pretty hands on too.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to the receptionist Lily, who went above and beyond to assist me. When I needed to extend my check-out time to fit my schedule, Lily was incredibly helpful and accommodating. In addition, the housekeeping staff also deserves praise for keeping the hotel spotless and tidy. They were attentive to every detail. I tried the Thai restaurant at their sister hotel next door, and their waiters provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, and the staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to ensure I had a wonderful dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

Large rooms with great views of the lake. The swimming pool and gym were lovely too. Staff were helpful and offered golf buggy ride to the other hotels within the lake area.

We booked this hotel for our ski trip at the Sunac Snow Park. The hotel is in great condition and service was excellent. Lily at the reception was very helpful. We will definitely return in the future.

We were given a later check out till 4pm and a plate of fruits as welcome gift. Real 5 stars hotel with very high class interior design and hotel structure resemble a palace

The hotel is kept very tidy, the rooms are spacious and amenities are nice, though the service can definitely be improved: waited quite a while for checkin, miscommunication for some "expected" features like heating in the room not working, shuttle bus not working on schedule though being explicitly told we don't have to book and rude attitude from driver when being questioned. Did not get the chance to experience the spa and other facilities, so probably the only reason I might stay here again, but overall below expectations.

Great spot for indoor snowboarding at GZ, will def visit again !
