Ulasan Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Thirteen Line Up Nine)

This is my second time here in one week, service is great, hotel is on is amazingly clean. Cannot expect more for the price

After check in and reached in room got heavy cigarette smell and the floor is very dusty there is also a little crack on the floor

The hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest Metro station which we were okay with as we enjoy seeing the neighborhood and visiting local shops. I gave it a 3 only because it's not the ideal location if you plan to walk to and from the Metro with your luggages. We booked an inside room with no windows because it was marked non-smoking. However, the room had a smell which we were told is from humidity. There's an in-room air filtration unit which didn't really help a lot. Someone in our group booked a smoking room with window and his room turned out smelling better. Overall, a good value neighborhood hotel if you keep your expectations in check.

Reasonably priced. I requested for room change due to strong cigarette smell. Small shower room but not an issue. The shower gel head gets stuck on every pump and had to be manually pulled up after every pump. I was given a fresh one upon request on my second night. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

The place is comfortable and the price is worth it. And service is good.

The bed and quilt pillows are very soft and comfortable. The environment is beautiful and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. The facilities are complete and the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. I am satisfied and will stay here again next time I come here.

The front desk service was very bad this time. There were communication problems. I was not satisfied with the room I was assigned. The room phone was broken. After the front desk confirmed it, they did not call anyone to fix it. When I washed my hair and took a shower, I found a bumblebee in the bathroom. I dared not blow dry my hair. The room phone was broken and I could not call the switchboard. I called the number I left on Ctrip with my mobile phone but no one answered. Later, I wrapped myself in a coat and ran to the first floor to call someone to catch the bee and fix the phone...

The attitude of the hotel staff needs to be improved. This is the worst hotel front desk staff I have ever encountered. There is only one elevator and it goes up and down slowly. The overall cleanliness is OK.
