Tiga generasi, tiga kamar tidur, dua ruang tamu, tiga kamar mandi, menginap selama empat malam dan sangat nyaman.
Pemandangan di luar jendela juga sangat indah.
Selama Tahun Baru Imlek, kualitas meja resepsionis, kamar tamu, dan katering semuanya memenuhi standar.
Sarapannya sangat bervariasi dan berciri khas Guangzhou. Saya tidak merasa bosan memakannya bahkan setelah empat hari. Orang-orang di departemen teknik juga sangat membantu. Ketika saya mengalami masalah dengan mesin pencuci piring, mereka membantu saya menyelesaikannya di malam hari. Saya sangat berterima kasih.
Ada kejutan tak terduga di pusat kegiatan di lantai 24.
Di masa mendatang, tiga generasi berikutnya masih akan memilih Ascott Hotel Apartments saat berwisata.

Saya benar-benar menikmati masa inap saya di apartemen Ascott Service. Kamar-kamarnya persis seperti yang Anda lihat di foto. Hotelnya masih baru, semuanya sangat bersih. Selalu ada seseorang yang berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik, yang sangat membantu. Kekurangan saya adalah kolam renangnya belum dibuka, dan saya sangat ingin menikmati kolam renang dan pemandangannya... tidak sabar menunggu dibuka! Saya belum pernah menginap di hotel berkualitas tinggi selama perjalanan bisnis saya selama bertahun-tahun. Kamar dan layanannya sangat baik. Para wanita di meja depan, Vincy, Hailey dan Teresa, sangat baik dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan saya dalam bahasa Kanton, yang membuat saya merasa sangat ramah. Pasti akan menginap lagi lain kali!

Resepsionisnya sangat lambat, dan saya tidak bisa tersambung sekali pun ketika menelepon resepsionis! Kami check in sekitar pukul 2, tetapi baru diberi kamar pada pukul 6! Keterampilan komunikasi dan layanan staf benar-benar buruk! Saya belum pernah melihat sikap seperti ini, mengerikan!

Saya dapat mengatakan bahwa ini adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Hotel ini sombong dan kasar. Saya telah ke Guangzhou selama tiga tahun berturut-turut dan selalu memiliki kesan yang baik tentang layanan hotel di Guangzhou. Hotel ini benar-benar mengejutkan saya. Great place to stay for canton fair.
Clean friendly and functional. You will need to take taxi everywhere other than the expo (hotel shuttles you back and forth) but it wasnt a big issue. I would come back here again for sure.
