The hotel is easy to reach and nearby are a lot of restaurants, shops and shopping centres and has a good stopping place for taxis. It has a clear and relaxing design, spacious rooms with new furniture and is completely equipped. The room has a small fridge, 4 water bottles and the bathroom has two towel hangers (I miss this so much in other hotels). I would have expected a rainfall shower and a standard shower, but it is just a normal shower. The bed is really excellent, the airconditioning is quiet and effective and both bedside tables have wireless charging integrated. This is outstanding. Also to mention the room doors are closing tightly and don’t let smoke smell from the corridor into the room. As in most hotels, the smoking ban has to be enforced more.
Housekeeping is very good with attention to detail and also cleans every day.
Although not a cheap hotel, what you get here is really worth the money and can be seen as reference for this price class. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Atour never disappoints me till date. This is my 2nd Atour after visiting the 1st in Hangzhou. Although the location is abit outskirt but appreciate it as is near to my friends. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly, especially 煥揚 and 芊惠. They have been assisting me throughout my stays especially on handling advance parcels before arrival. Kudos to both of them.

首先是服務員的態度很好，剛走到前台就被端上一杯水。
在住房過程中有什麼問題也都會及時的回答與解決。
其次是房間很乾凈，沒有異味。
因為是2023年年末重新裝修的酒店，不僅房間乾淨，餐廳，GYM，洗衣房也都很乾凈整潔。
最後就是早餐了，種類很多，西式中式都有。
最喜歡的就是水果了，很新鮮很甜。
