Amazing service from Joanna as always she was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very safe in the area, walkable location to fabulous shopping malls and parks.

The most relaxed time I had in guangzhou. Close literally everything, food, sight seeing, bars etc. staff are also absolutely amazing and friendly. Can’t wait to go back again

Nice and big rooms. Please note this isn’t the W hotel. It’s the apartment building next door. Wasn’t made clear if amenities from hotel were accessible to travellers in the apartment building.

The service apartment is not in good condition, the kitchen facilities was old and the cabinets were peeling. The shower tiles does not fit properly and pops out.
However the pool at the W hotel is nice.
The service apartment quality is not the same as the usual W hotel.
Service was good but beware of the tour services the hotel concierge will help book. Not really worth the price for the quality and service: the hotel pick up service was rushed and driver did not on the air conditioning so everyone was uncomfortable. Better to take the premium didi than the hotel transfer.
