Overall, a pleasant experience. However there was a major delay in checkin - the room was only available almost an hour after checkin at 3pm.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a spacious living room, master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a shared bathroom.
There was a friendly and helpful staff that helped us navigate a takeaway app.
Gym was good with new cardio machines. Pool is not kids friendly as it was 1.4m deep throughout.

Amazing service from Joanna as always she was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very safe in the area, walkable location to fabulous shopping malls and parks.

I expected more honestly…. Everything was just average, I had a good time though… got some issues with check in and my loosing my phone but they ended up finding a solution.
