Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Guanajuato

瓜納華託，實在是太美了。這家酒店也非常好。服務態度特別好。錢包丟在酒店裡麪，第二天才發現。聯繫了酒店，我就回去找。本來不指望能找回來，居然，物歸原主。酒店非常靠譜，早餐也非常好。

整體還是不錯的，相對簡單但乾淨，酒店早餐不太豐富，但我不太介意，酒店位置就是距離瓜納華拖老城旅遊中心比較遠一點，如果想方便遊覽景點的朋友就要慎重考慮了。

Mouldy carpet, smells like humidity. We were given a room which hadn’t been clean, even if we checked in after 5pm. The staff were kind but looked overworked. Blanket was stained with red lipstick. Bathroom was dirty. This hotel is way below Holiday Inn standards. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you are absolutely desperate for a place outside of downtown Guanajuato.

The facilities are in desperate need to repairs and updates. There’s a lack of detail to cleaning the bathrooms, shower had mold on the tile floor

Hotel is situated in a quiet area and there are many places to dine in within a walking distance. Very safe and enjoyable hotel for a family time.

Nice and quiet room suite. Very good breakfast. Antonio from FrontDesk provided outstanding service Safe underground garage. Motorcycle trip. All good.

Every staff person with whom I came in contact was congenial, friendly, and professional. Each one seemed happy to work there. A warm environment.

The service and the breakfast was excelent I love the place this is my secont time staying in that place

We specified late check in and they gave away our room! 😳 happened to others in our party too!

Great location, i would stay again if i come to Guanajuato

The hotel was generally okay. I asked for a quiet room (as I was battling an infection) and they gave me a very quiet room and the location outside of the city was generally quiet. I had a problem with my billing, though. For foreign travelers—BEWARE—the hotel automatically converts charges into US$ — racking up an unnecessary $10 conversion charge, which did not match the online price quoted me in my reservation. I spent two months in Mexico traveling and this was the only hotel that did it this way (again, at airports and at other vendors the choice is always clearly explained and given to a customer). Other than that, the hotel was okay. I did appreciate the quiet room and follow up service.
