Portobelo es garantía de un buen hotel que lo han mantenido limpio arreglado muy buena ubicación prácticamente el metro está en la cochera si acaso algo mejoraría sería el trato en general de recepción unas excelentes otras no siempre están de buenas

性價比蠻高的，交通非常方便，出門就是地鐵站，去大教堂走路15分鐘。邊上有711便利店。

Habitaciones muy amplias y pulcras. Esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y centrica

Beautiful property. It’s a bit noisy due to being on the main boulevard but it’s Guadalajara so expect traffic/noise. Parking my rental was easy. Saturday across the street they have a swapmeet with different vendors which was cool to see. Also the subway entrance is in front of the hotel.

Clean, spacious room with a friendly staff. Short walk to the historic center. Area is busy during the day, however it clears out at night. Be mindful and cautious when out late since it's a commercial not residential. All-in-all I had a comfortable stay while visiting.

The room has a strong smell of paint that I didn’t pick up until after a few hours of check in as I had left the room to enjoy a meal and had fallen asleep immediately upon return. When I called reception to ask for another room, I was asked at what time I had checked in and followed that with the morning crew will see if you can be moved tomorrow. I am staying with a mask inside my room and have no confidence that my request will be granted. I am booked for multiple nights and having to consider booking another hotel because I can’t go 4 nights with no rest. Unfortunately if I do so, I would loose the payment. Really wish *******, as the booking agency backing this hotel, would provide assistance. I’m extremely disappointed.

LO UNICO QUE "NO" ME GUSTO, FUE QUE CUANDO REALICE LA RESERVACION INDIQUE QUE VENIAMOS FESTEJANDO UN ANIVERSARIO, PARA QUE HICIERAN ALGO EN LA HABITACION, UN DETALLE Y COSA QUE "NO" OCURRIO. EL DIA DEL CUMPLEAÑOS DE IGNACIO RODRIGUEZ ESTUVIMOS EN EL ROBBY E INDIQUE QUE ERA EL MERO DIA Y NOS DIERON UNA REBANADA QUE NOS COBRARON. CREO QUE "NO" SE VALE, ESTUVIMOS 5 DIAS 4 NOCHES. SOLO QUERIA COMENTARLO. SALUDOS.

It's okay. Check in takes forever and they double charged me for a stay I prepaid for. It's in an okay area, across the street from a park. Lots of restaurants/shopping in the area.

It was modern, comfortablke bed and nice bath. We had a very good breakfast.

In general very good hotel. Extremely dissapointed with service at restaurant for breakfast.
