"Super kind and helpful. They welcomed us late in the evening, the room was very warm and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and attention was paid to every detail. The structure is a magical mix of history, tradition and modernity. Outside there are also gardens and a lot of greenery except that, being in the middle of winter, we didn't go around to see them. We (couple with 1 year old baby) had a great time! We will come back for sure."

"After checking in, we discovered that our room was not the demi-suite we paid for and were promised, and the hotel air conditioning was not working. The staff offered us a room on the first floor, which was a little bit cooler but still extremely warm and even smaller than the room they had assigned us. At that point, we decided to leave and book a room elsewhere. I feel that the hotel completely misrepresented the room, and were trying to take advantage of us as American tourists."
