It provides breakfast which is very nice but there are many flies in the restaurant. The cleanness of it is poor.

Huge shout out to Simona!!!! Simona saved our day :-) we turned up, having booked what we thought was this hotel on the same day. But turned out to be another hotel of the same miles away. Simona managed to accommodate us when there were no other available rooms in the town. THANK YOU SIMONA :-) You didnt have to help us but you did.

Nice place to stay. Good location and easy to go everywhere.

Overall, I give it 3.5 to 4 points. If you get a newly renovated room, the score will be higher. As for the attitude of the staff. There were one or two of them, and the others were all very enthusiastic, especially an older woman, who was worried that we didn't have enough eggs and said she could give them more. In short, the staff are very different, so it is difficult for me to make a conclusion about this hotel.

The hotel arranged a snow-capped mountain view for me, and the accommodation environment was very good! Only the breakfast options were small and the staff did not add food in time. 

Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and toilets have been renovated. It is very convenient if you are traveling in Grindewald. Although there is no kettle, you can ask them for hot water. The front desk is sometimes not there, but it is understandable in a small city.
